Now I've got to try this! Yesterday I tried a red, white & blue cane that looked great on paper but in clay not so good. The good news I have lots of grape drink colored clay now. 😂 People often say blue and red mixed isn't violet, and they are correct, it's purple. Because both red and the blue are strong colors at first it will look dark and dingy, but if you add a bunch of white to lighten it up you get a muted grape. It may not sound like a cool color, but will play well with lighter shades of the same red and blue. So don't be scared to try something new, we never waste clay, we just invent new ways to use it. 😁
Oh, and i love your process and your canes and your struggles and victories. You meet us on our own level and never elevate yourself even though your hard won skills and talent far exceeds most of us when it comes to making canes! Than you😁🥰
I absolutely love it ❤and now I have to try that because I think you are awesome I hope you get better from your bike accident. I love watching all your videos I love that you think about awesome ideas and I just think you're awesome keep up the good work.
I love that you are "indecisive". It shows that you are your genuine self. I don't understand why people have to be so negative. I look at it as you are taking your time, running the process through to the end in your mind (like a puzzle) before you move onto the next step. I do the same thing! I am not indecisive - I am cautious in my creative process. It is how my mind works. Please don't apologize for being YOU. It is why I look forward to your tutorials so much. I can grab my coffee, whatever craft I am working on, and watch/listen to your videos. Watching your process validates mine 🤣 I loved this cane. Especially the splashes of color. As always your work inspires me. I hope you heal quickly. Were you able to save the dog?
Oh gosh, I'm so sorry! I did thesame thing when I was a kid. Literally was trying to keep from hitting tha chicken that was trying to cross the road. Several bruises and several stitches on my palms and knees later no chicken was harmed in the laying the bike across a gravel road in the country. Haven't been on one since.
I love how they turned out! I love hearing your thought process! Bravo!
I’m so excited to learn the star!
