The first video from Minor Alps debut release "Get There", out October 29th 2013 on Barsuk Records. Minor Alps is Matthew Caws of Nada Surf and Juliana Hatfield.
Their voices blend very well together. I always respected J's talent and have appreciated a good deal of her music. But I never liked her voice. But wow, when it blends with the right "other voice," sounds terrific! Looking forward to seeing her tonight with Matthew!
Just bought their album 2 weeks ago, and aside from the new Foster The People album, it's 1 of my favorites. Those that know me, know that I'm a sucker for bands with both male, and female vocals. In fact, I'm trying to start a band that's similar, but it's not easy finding people that are on the same level.
Very good song! Thank you matthew and julia!
A song that got under my skin. Had it on repeat for days and still love it.
I can't stop listening to this song.
What a gem
Thank god for the return of 1990's pop-gems songwriting. And even a bridge in a different key…
I loved Julianna and Nada Surf on "I Wanna Take You Home". This is great too
Not that often a song, on very first listen, connects like this....goosebumps.
perfect
Very nice. Love this tune!

Ricky Bobby doesn't know what to do with his hands. :)
Heard it on the radio today and thought the dj said it was by "Mine Are Out." (Which would be a really great band name...)
If you dont know what to do with your hands. dont put them in your pants atleast.
Now you tell me? Where were you 10 years ago? It's too late to turn back now...
