Pro tip: get the Cadence capsules for less during The Container Store’s BOGO 50% off sale. It’s slightly cheaper than the 15% off the website offers. Bundles don’t save you any money on their website as all components are still the same price regardless. They’re heavy but really great quality!
I recently purchased disposable eye drop bottles on Amazon (super cheap) and used them on my last trip for face soap. My soap is super concentrated, I only need a few drops, so taking a small amount for a weekend trip is perfect. Even packing two tiny eye drop bottles is way less room than a 1 oz container which is overkill for such a small need.
I considered the Candence capsules but for a much better price point and lighter weight material I purchased the small Human Gear Stax and a small Nalgene tub, both from REI. So glad I did! I’ve used Nalgene for years and they have never leaked. Used the smallest one of the Stax for liquid makeup and it worked perfectly, they have a rubber gasket in the lid allowing a tighter seal and leak protection.
The Cadence capsules are beautiful! Just note they are heavier than containers for that size. Another alternative to the Arc mouse if you find it hurts your wrist is to check out the Logitech Pebble 2.
I love the Sea to Summit camping pillow. It's compact and for a side sleeper who needs double pillow height, it makes a huge difference when you're in a budget accommodation
Love the Sea to Summit Aeros Pillow. Packs small enough to fit into NC headphone case. Best part is the front snap is tight enough to keep the sides together reduces head nodding while nappiing.
I absolutely love the arc mouse. The tiny Logitech pebble was to small for my hands, and I love that the arc flattens even smaller. I use it for my tablet and ROG ally
Another option for a pen is the Skilcraft B3 Aviator. One cm longer and one gram heavier (and it have a bit more girth it looks like) but also packs two pens, one pencil and an eraser. Very practical in a small package.
Whats the sanitiser spray bottle that you put inside the lululemon pouch please? I've been trying to find a refillable sanitiser spray like that one for years!?
I cannot find disposable underpants; if I could wear a pair and throw them away, I'd free up space for souvenirs or just to lighten the load. I know it sounds weird, but why not? All I can find is underwear for those who need to go on the go and not just to wear and throw away. Does anyone make anything like that?
DISPOSABLE UNDERWEAR: Lots of types available at drug stores, big-box retailers, the world's largest online market, and travel stores through their online catalogs. All sizes and styles for all kinds of people. I love saving bag space, too, but there are many kinds of boxers, briefs, thongs and panties that are lightweight and easy-wash/quick-dry. I stopped using disposables as their production and ultimate end really impact our earth. Happy travels!
CNN gave the "Herschel Classic Backpack XL 26L" its "best laptop backpack". Pack Hacker doesn't appear to have a review on it although other Herschel backpacks and slings received around a 7 out of 10 rating. I'm not a big fan of the backpack but I'd love a PH review, if only to tell CNN to stay in its lane.
Yeah, actually I love the reviews on packs that have some glaring flaws, it helps me as a consumer better put into context the landscape of the market. I saw a review foe a dakine campus bag, way cheaper of a bag vs the typical pack hacker review backpack, and it was kind of a neat backpack but had some big flaws too. It helps to really understand what those differences are between a $70 dollar backpack and a $170 backpack. There's plenty of appreciation and market out there for both and it's nice to see them getting reviewed and compared by the same sets of eyes
Head to packha.kr/aein to shop the A5 Tactical watch and more!
What brand and model of sling bag is she wearing?
I appreciate you guys adding the oz to ml conversion! thanks

I use a zip hoodie or sweatshirt just roll the hood and tuck where comfortable around your neck. Or roll coat scarf etc

I can attest to the excellent of the Rovyvon flashlight. It’s always on my keychain. It’s the best keychain sized flashlight.

Love these tiny gear video reccos!
I use the pill organizer as an SD card holder at home.
That flashlight is absolutely the best travel flashlight. The lantern mode was a great nightlight for our last trip.
Thanks for the info! 🤙
Check out the Pill Box by Port and Polish for an even sleeker pill organizer option!
Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll pass it along.
I have that pill case. I travel personal item only for trips 5 days or less. I need that pen and the nano pouch!
Thanks for watching! 😃
I totally got this last year for my travels 😁

I saw those candence capsules at REI and had no idea what they were
What is the wallet or pouch shown at 5:14? Thank you!
i love the pillow!
I bought that Pilot at the National Book Store in the Philippines for about $2 and they engraved it with my name for free!
Speaking of tiny, we need packing lists & suggestions for family/kids!!!!
A good two in one thing is the pamu slide earbuds they are earbuds and the case is a speaker pls review.

Nomatic
Is a watch really essential?
some of these manufacturers only offer these items for the US :(
Anyone here have the Tom bihn synik 22 ? What are your thoughts?
It’s the Kelley’s just did a review…
The cadence capsules are too heavy for what they are.

I'm confused?? I thought they were pesky customs forms? When did these change?
The Cadence containers are way too expensive.
Arc mouse is great but without multi device support in 2024, it should be considered a museum piece.
Cadence Capsules (V2) $98 on Amazon!?!
Cadences arent worth it. They dont cary as much as youd expect and they are overpriced for what you get. Just good marketing.

Fisher bullet Space Pen... my favorite.
My wife loves that MS Arc mouse, but I hate it. No... I despise that mouse! It's the spawn of the devil.

I don't really like the cadence capsules, they take too much space.
