Just get your stats to 255. Getting luck there for your party takes time, but it's worth it. I'm now at these, killed all previous dark aeons already without Zanmato.

Also, you can use L1 and 2, and R1 and 2, to shit the menus up and down fast. I'm amazed people don't know this.

She doesn't evade magic, so spam Holy, as it does more damage than Ultima

My fucking characters can’t even hit her
Cause luck stat being low to even hit them you need a luck stat of over 200
