    Excellent...I am so proud that now real Tibetan practicing is coming out..I think we have to show world that how useful this is..This is really very useful for meditation..i have been practicing this and my quality of meditation has improved so much. Thank you so much...

      Apart from a good traditional knowledge over the subject your teaching is interesting. I feel, your common sense allows you to wider interpretation in light other knowledge, particularly in physical aspects of this subject.
      We should pay attention to this aspect and incorporate it in Tsalung Pratice wherever possible and beneficial.
      The spiritual aspects that we take as the fundamental content are valuable. We maintain it but we can improve interpretation wherever required.
      I think the dual benefits (pritual and physical) of this practice will gain recognition due course of time.
      You are a very positive man. Tashi Delek !
