You know you've made it when you're rubbing shoulders with farmer Phil, Liv, and Father Phil (Derek) from Longford. Did you ask Derek any tips on the 1200 Massey? He's handy on the spanners and has memory like an elephant! Great video!
Used to live in village near BuryStEdmunds near to CLAAS. East Anglian farmers are blessed with fab weather conditions, low rainfall not normally associated with grassland. Those machines are blooming BRILLIANT! So enjoyed your video and good to hear Suffolk accent again! Thanks Olly.
Looks a good day in Saxham. Twenty years since I worked for Manns at Saxham - changed a bit! Good to see Mr. Creasy on the birthday bumper! My old house mate from Writtle!
Manns are a fantastic company. Needed drum belts for our 1960s combine couple of years ago. On the shelf in the local depot in Halesworth Suffolk. Engineer out and fitted in under an hour from the phone call. Cant afford a new tractor unfortunately.
Awesome video Olly , thank you for taking so much time to show us all you that you do , nice to see you out with George , other Olly n muck , what great crew i`d love to talk too
Wow! Some seriously impressive kit there nice to see George Saunders and a few other familiar faces there as well love the sound of that Jaguar forager,👌
Impressive place, nice corner of England, never operated anything claas. The quiz question how many bales does it take to pay off your baler and wrapper?
The Ag. Contractors i worked for in the 90's got to use the prototype of the 4 rotor Claas rake. The Claas boffins came too. It was really impressive after the twin rotors we had. 👍
Great video been there a few time while the new building was being built delivering and collecting bits of plant. Last time was there they had new class combine with the new macdon header that's a beast!!!.👍
Looks like a cracking day out! It's out an invitation only thing? A Jag purring away with a 24 knife drum - no better sound. Everyone round here still has the Mercedes V8 models, I'll be sad when they're gone.
Is brilliant video well done Nice to see if you are the TH-cam is around and and I think that little Is 4 wheel drive tracked as a gatestand would look good in your election
With the current dry spell, there looked like a fair bit of grass going through the machines. A lot of fields I've seen for grass, not too much grown yet. I have a small paddock with plenty of grass. Just a shame, only an acre or 2 grown.
970 yes a great machine but like any other harvester pick dry grass and it’s starts getting blocked up in the chute and below, that’s when the fun starts
Great video , how long a drive was it ? Quite a set up there ! Thought you might of taken Tom Pendleton ?, the grass equipment is up his street . Looked a good day , can’t wait to see some more footage thanks
CLAAS bought the Spicer company which were building the original trailed machines. Mr Spicer had a love of Jaguar cars and wrote to the company to see if he could use the name on his forage harvesters. The letter is on display in the museum at the CLAAS factory in Harsewinkel.
Good video Olly Silage is back let’s go

Fair play great insight to the machinery and how fast gear is moving forward
Good Video - great to see the CLAAS mowers also have metal conditioner tines, these poly ones just don't last...

Interesting feature in classic tractor few years ago on Mann's, and class and how they started, and built up

Claas make brilliant combines, foragers and rake’s they might as well give up on the rest 😂
What ever shop you go in I always see what’s going cheap it I’ve always found that the only things going cheep are the birds 😂

With the current dry spell, there looked like a fair bit of grass going through the machines. A lot of fields I've seen for grass, not too much grown yet. I have a small paddock with plenty of grass. Just a shame, only an acre or 2 grown.

you should have asked them to send you a xerion 5000 to demo.it would make great video content ;) .
Thinking about it has class gone in with liebherr on there shovels and telehanders ?
970 yes a great machine but like any other harvester pick dry grass and it’s starts getting blocked up in the chute and below, that’s when the fun starts
On the latest machines there’s an optional water injection system which injects water into belly plate and spout to stop the machine gumming up!
Great video! Look forward to see more!
Amazing how the modern engines never change their note regardless of the load given to them.
Well jealous looks a great fun day out! Don’t envy all that travelling through!
7 hours 🤦♂️
12:28 - that open space gets quite a big larger when you have a terra trac jaguar since they have to strech it
That forager was a beast!
George Saunders in the building......ta ta for now.
Class vid Olly 🤩

Hi Ollie, looked like a cracking day out. Can you put up a link for the t-shirts. Cannae find them. Cheers

Imagine that straight 6 out of forager in Tractor. What a beast that would be.
Great video , how long a drive was it ? Quite a set up there ! Thought you might of taken Tom Pendleton ?, the grass equipment is up his street . Looked a good day , can’t wait to see some more footage thanks

In the real world those machines would be going a bit faster 😉
Felt like i was playing Farmsim testing all the new vehicles lol
Claas video….👍🏻
No wonder why equipment is so expensive with buildings like that.
Can anyone go have a loot there or is it just by invitation? Driven by there so many times and also ways wanted to go in
Was invited
What did you buy in the shop?
Nothing tbh
one could say a claas day
Where's Tom?
Sign in books
Krone is best.
Don’t get it all that effort to set up that grass demo and hardly anybody there ?? Was it just for the youtubers exclusive
Influencer day
Customers where there rest of week
Seems a lot of waste of plastic wrapping on the bailers .
