I only have one mayor complaint against you... after all that work, after all those hours, after all that effort... you say absolutely nothing about how much better the car feels and drives. You deny yourself and us the 'satisfaction' and the reason why all the work was done, you don't even tell us if you feel it was worth it, you don't even tell us if the car feels "like new" or at least "close to new" after all these parts are replaced. This information helps us decide whether or not is worth it to do all this. If you go for a drive and say I can't even tell anything was done, we know it's not worth the effort, as an example. As it stands it's as if you are saying to us" you want to know if it's worth it? do all the work like I did and find out for yourself!" do you really mean to be that selfish?
That’s a long way to ask, “was it worth it?” 😂My man. It’s all good. I haven’t had a chance to drive it bc the head gasket needs replacement, and the car has been sitting for the past 6 yrs since I have other priorities in life right now. But these are maintenance items. You have to replace bushings if you own the car long enough. If you don’t address them when they wear out, Z3’s will suffer actual subframe damage. Of course it’s worth it. Every owner should know that. These videos are here to give you a visual guide on how involved it is. It’s up to you and your mechanical skills to decide whether it’s worth doing it yourself or sending it to a mechanic.
Very helpful and useful information on bushings and other things i could know about underchassis.
Glad to help!
I would like to see you do more Z videos; great job! You should learn welding and buy more tools. =)
Happiness is but one more tool away. lol
Thanks! Lots in my plate for now. But yes, I do plan to learn welding & do the Randy Forbes kit at some point 😅
Great videos, what rims do you have on ? 😁
Thanks! They’re Rondell 0021
