Back in 2000 or 2001, this new kid shows up at my highschool. He was at the time into hip-hop and rap. Long story short, he and I started hanging out and I had him listen to this song. This was his first time listening to metal, afterwards he became a huge metalhead and we eventually had our own metal band together. 🤘🏻😂😂😂

That album (Vulgar Display of Power) and the one after (Far Beyond Driven) are both in my top 10 albums. Mouth for War was a great opening track for an album that really defined the groove metal genre. Saw them live in '96 and '01.
