I was stationed here 1989 -1990. I loved every minute of it. Germany was such an inviting and welcoming country. We knew we were there to keep the peace and we did. I lived in Leideneck with my wife. She loved it to. Castle hunting every week was our past time. I still miss Germany to this day. Our old apartment is now a nightly/weekly rental unit. The rivers and castles are just amazing.
