Love your videos! Love the transparency of it, thank you for describing it all so well. All I want now is to eat Vietnamese food and drink all the coffee. You and Kim make a great couple, and Nala too. Thanks again for sharing!
This makes me wish I tried the Vietnamese restaurants more back home in Boston. But when I go back, I definitely will!! I love Vietnamese food. You never miss what you have until you move.
Love your video content. You are honest and direct about your travel. I am retired Chinese American, wanting to move back to East Asia. But I have not decide on where. Maybe Taiwan. But I can't speak Mandarin. Enjoy your travel.
@@Jan-bella several of my friends who are well traveled have told me that Taiwan is their favorite country. It’s one that I’m really looking forward to.
Hi David, thanks for the video's...my partner and I will be vacationing in Da Nang next year so your video's are quite helpful. We are from South Africa 🌍. Just curious to know what GoPro are you using ?
That makes so much sense it tastes so similar. I also have to remember everyone on this side of the world calls it coriander haha. I’ve only known the name cilantro growing up in LA
Okay this is wild, you guys live in the same apartment that I lived in! Only just started watching your channel a few weeks ago when you were still in Korea and it's crazy that you ended up in the same place as my family when we visited from Australia! The carpark and the Kmart down below are sooo familiar. I did the same mistake of chugging down my coffee😂
Hey! I think I saw you walk by Moc seafood quán the other day and didn’t end up going in bc its packed! Welcome to Da Nang! If you wanna try good local yet not super local coffee I’d check out nối cafe or Trinh ca phê! Also, my quảng, bo nè, and bánh canh around the city centre area!
Cool! We actually did go to móc quần the other day it’ll be in the next vid haha. I’ve had all those dishes and they were all great. I have bo ne most mornings

@@TravelWithNalaI live in Houston and recently visited my family in Vietnam in late April, early May. My husband and I couldn’t believe that the humidity in Houston at a time was around 90% and Ho Chi Minh City was like 50%. We could sweat a lot in HCMC but almost never in Houston unless my husband mowes the lawn in the afternoon. So yeah, both places might have very similar weather depending on the season.
Hello! I’m heading there in December, how long are you guys there and what’s the longest I can stay there if I decide to live there? I’m from Detroit and will retire in SE Asia soon! Love your content!
I love the doggo content. This video had a bit of everything which was perfect. So far my favorite video from you guys. Can you please get some flea treatment for Shreck.
Thank! Tbh I was unsure about the pacing in this video I was kind a trying something new. Funny you mention, Kim wants to get flea meds for Shrek. We’re gunna end up adopting every stray in Vietnam 😭
I think the pacing was great. I’d recommend shorter videos. Or at least shorter time on each subject. Here we are in the restaurant, here is what they serve, here is what we ordered, here is how it tastes and what we paid. 5 minutes total, then onto the next place. 10-15 minutes per video by more frequent uploads will benefit you with the algorithm. Again, this video was perfect!
Just discovered your channel and am loving the content … They are really fun to watch … I was up till like 2am watching videos … Looked for the just food for dogs omega plus for Nala where I live, Austin Texas, and every place is out of stock … Will keep checking … All the best 😁👋💌🐶 Does no one help the stray animals there? 😞 No animal rescue? … No offense meant, am a big animal advocate
I would tell you to go to sleep as I write this at 1pm just having woken up after going to sleep at 4am yesterday 😂. Luckily Kim went back to the US recently and stashed up. So glad you’re enjoying the vids! I like to call the dogs “neighborhood dogs” not stray dogs because they usually all have a specific house they go to for food and to sleep in their yard. Kim is just like you she wants to adopt every single dog she sees. The street dogs are pretty dirty but they’re usually all well fed and in good spirits. We found out where Shrek goes to eat it’s at a bar nearby
I thought you cooked that kinda food for somebody. Turned out that somebody was your dog. Can I be your dog? 😂. Well it’s a perfect time now for a visit to Hoang su Phi, check it out.
Glad to see you included beaches, food to this video because the way you drink VN coffee, if it was just coffee, this video would be over quick - hahaha - JK. BTW, have you taken your dog to the beach yet, is it allowed to have dog at My Khe Beach?
Not yet. Gotta read up on the rules. I haven’t seen any dogs on the beaches yet so it might not be allowed. Also don’t want to put her in a grab when she’s filthy from the beach. We’ve seen big dogs like golden retrievers ride on scooters but nala is too stubborn haha

Da Nang very nice city . But many accidents for Korean tourists. Yesterday ,20th,August, a Korean tourist had a traffic accident in monkey mountain because of motorbike .Renting a motorbike very easy in Vietnam, but traffic in Vietnam very 😂😂😂
Gotta be careful especially if you’re not familiar with the roads and traffic. I personally don’t think it’s too bad in Da Nang. It’s a little crazy but as long as you’re alert, you get used to it pretty quickly
There was liver in there too. I think that piece was tongue 👅. I’m guessing they sliced the tongue in thin pieces and when the reaches the end they just threw the tip in the pot too haha
For real! There’s so much sugar in these drinks I feel like no one ever talks about it. Gotta treat these coffees as dessert and watch my intake. Back to Americanos in the morning

I need Vietnamese coffe everyday when I was in Vietnam. ❤ It's the best coffe.
There’s so much variety too. Keeps it interesting
😂 I just love to see Nala she is so unbotgered😂 we could surly be best friends. ❤❤
As unbiased as I can be Nala is honestly the best dog in the world.

I LOVE PEOPLE WHO LOVE PETS , TREAT AND LOVE THEM JUST LIKE THE FAMILY MEMBER
Yeah Nala is definitely our spoiled big baby
Buon (means noodle) Bo (beef) Hue (kind of mean southern region). Nha Trang is another Vietnamese city is known for Buon Bo Hue.
I love Kim's always smiling! And also Vietnamese people are so pretty!

that wild leaf looking thing that tastes like cilantro is called Culantro. Its sooooo good!
It’s delicious 😋
Great vlog. The green serrated edged leaf that you had with your Pho, is called *_culantro_* , a much stronger taste than its 'cousin', cilantro.

Yeah also Vietnamese ppl usually don’t drink coffee after the morning. Unlike Koreans who will drink coffee all day until 2am
First! Fun facts: Vietnam and Houston, Tx has the same weather. It looks like liver.
