I toured this building with the hopes of buying a condo. I didn't like the laundry setup with inadequate power. Also the building going up next door obliterated the view.The only positive was the NaNa bridge connection but too small and very expensive.
Love to know what you actually think of these places as a renter rather than as someone making money out of them being rented. All of those units are way other priced. Move 10 stops either way on the BTS and save 60 thousand baht a month.
Exactly what you say move 10 stops. These are the prices in the city center. Not 10 stops away. By the way, 10 stops away the quality of the construction is way lower.
