Auburn University's golden eagle, Tiger VI, flies her final flight in the stadium and is honored in a video tribute during the Auburn vs. Georgia game on November 11, 2006.
Finally saw the video, I knew about the retirement just sad I was not able to get back there for it. I remember numerous lunches out by the old cage that Tiger VI had in front of the stadium. It was just so majestic having lunch under the watchful eye of Tiger VI for my years at Auburn. Something I'll never forget
Seeing War Eagle fly before each game is such an awesome experience. We are very proud of our Raptor Center and the work they do to rehabilitate raptors of all kinds. Check out our YT channel sometime if you get the chance. We would appreciate the comments! War Eagle! and thank you Tiger!
