Well if you have speedway experience you will know differently. I Started in the 90s and raced in 2010ish. What I feel bad for is sterling marlin got blamed when he didn’t do it. Kenny drove down on dales door and took the 750lbs of side force off the fender. People that have never raced at speed over 150-160+ mph. And on a banked track. The cars literally hang on the air. Because these are low downforce cars you gotta use aerodynamic wind loading to keep control of the car. -- now I will say. Schraders move alone wouldn’t have did him in. It was a combination of rusty wallace driving up shoveling a bunch of air under the back of the car. That air cancels out the downforce the spoiler provides. It literally creates a cushion of air like ground effect in a helicopter. So you notice dale washed out ass first left to right because the G forces and centrifugal force it’s acting on the car that way. If you watch dales car it starts ice skating after he loses control that’s when his car touched sterlings but only after. - for all the drivers of my generation and my kids. Everybody knows not to take a persons air in a turn especially on banking. But understand a lot of those older generation guys very few knew much about aerodynamics. - the reason we always find out how accidents happen is so we can prevent it from happening again not to blame anybody. Unfortunately had they talked about the past rusty and schrader would’ve been knowledgeable on the issue and they would of never took the air off. Dale being killed is irrelevant because he knew about the Hans and didn’t wanna wear it, that’s his responsibility. But causing cars to wreck on the track by taking someone’s air that is every drivers responsibility not to do that. The main reason is entertainment value. The fans don’t wanna sit threw cautions so it’s important everyone do what they can to put on a show and now cause wrecks that are like no shii a certainty. If you watch the incar camera and look at the flags durning dales crash. Dale had 2-3 second warning he was on the edge of the envelope. The classic buffeting I call it”my dog wagging his tail”. Another factor the wind was blowing South-SE. It played a role as well it helped pressurize the air under the car and lift it up. But it was rusty alone or Kenny alone it was a combination of both. They are not responsible for dales death though. Good drivers take responsibility for causing a crash via ignorance. But every driver was responsible for there own safety. A Hans would of saved him. Dale only lost 40mph of velocity in the hit on the wall. That’s why his car came to a stop 2500-3000’ from where it hit. The problem is a basilar skull fracture can happen at slow speeds. It’s literally the head isn’t seatbelted. So the car, seat and torso decelerate but the head keeps going forward at 180mph. The brain then gets yanked into the base of the skull by the spinal cord. The spinal cord the recoils and the front temp area gets fractured as well. Usually we would see the base or occipital bone fractured and the frontal temp area both.

I'm from the UK and so I didn't grow up knowing who Dale was. The first time I heard anything about him was on the Cleetus Mcfarland channel. That inspired me to find out what his story is. Now, 20 years after he died, I'm a 35 year old guy sitting on his couch with tears running down his face. What a champion

I remember that day so well unfortunately. I just remember being upstairs in my room after watching everything that had happened, and my mom and my grandfather had me come downstairs. And they sat me down, and tole me he had died, at first I was in shock because, I mean its Dale Earnhardt, he seemed invincible to me. But after that I just remember sitting there crying and crying. He was my hero in racing.
Forever missed! Dale was a hero for so many including myself, I was 14 when he passed I had watched the race and I remember before I turned the TV off I said to one of my friends I sure hope Dale's OK, just to find out later he had passed, it was one of the saddest days I can remember, I pulled for him my whole life and started pulling for Jr when he was in the Busch series, I stopped following every weekend in about 08, 09, just glad Jr retired before he really messed his self up, his Grandfather died at 45 And Sr at 49, pretty sure Jr's 49 now.

His granddaughter, Karsyn Elledge, who also races, never got to see Dale, her late grandfather, ever race. She was just 5 monthsold when this happened.
One of our saddest days for Jerry and Sugar Bear and me. He was a great man who cared and showed it off and on the track. We cheered when Dale won the Daytona 500 and we cried when Dale was gone. It would have been easy for Richard Childress to close down his organization after this moment, but he continued on. Just as Dale would have wanted. To this day, Richard has always found a way to still exist in the cup series. Most team owners that he has competed against are now gone.

I was 12 when sr passed. My dad cried for weeks. Later that year in July when they went back to Daytona, both my dad and myself cried when jr won. That win healed our hearts.
NASCAR made the right move.. Making all those changes to make this sport much safer from getting in a big wreck and still be able to walk away.. I give NASCAR 2 thumbs up! It's still devastating Dale Earnhardt passes away. I always wonder what would of be like if Dale Sr. Were still alive.. But to me he's still alive and clapping and applauding his son and NASCAR. About twice a year I start reminiscing about the legend of Mr. Earnhardt. I look for new things that I hadn't seen the last time. I found this. this was an amazing collection of stories. Every second was perfect..... until the end..... when the lady said Dale Earnhardt Jr. had died.... for a minute I was taken aback... then for a minute I was mad that she could so carelessly make that mistake.... and then I laughed, because from all the stories I have heard of the person Mr. Earnhardt was, I know he would have laughed like hell at that.

Dale Earnhardt's death was talked about for a majority of the 2000's. Not to discount the memories of Adam Petty, Kenny Irwin Jr, and Tony Roper after 2000, but Dale was one of the most dynamic individuals that was ever known in the nascar winston cup series.

I met Dale Jr in Seattle at a autograph session in 2001at Safeco Field for the major league baseball all star game one week after he won the Pepsi cola firecracker 400 at Daytona . I told him that he was the greatest he said no I'm not man. I said yes you are you lost your dad my favorite of all time . We needed that win and here you are in seattle signing autographs. Thank you very much and he was like your welcome. I said now go kick some ass we all are proud of you! I never got to tell him I knew his pain somewhat because I lost my dad whom was taken from me when I was 3 months old at least you got to know your dad and be proud of him and his accomplishments. So thanks again Dale Jr for all the years you gave me a reason to stick with racing when I didn't want to . Your dad was my idol The Man in Black The Intimidater!
His death broke my heart, Like most people say is the same thing i say even today Earnhardt could never be hurt. He was a Nascar God and to hear he was dead was not real. He was not a good driver he was a super great driver and was killed doing what he loved. Dale did get hurt, he got a broken neck from his talledega flip, and he contined to race despite that fact, he was surper, but he wasn't invincible....he is now though, He'll never be forgotten....
Its been 21 years and I still miss watching Earnhardt Sr on the track. Although I don't think senior would go for the crap NASCAR's got going on now with their new car and all their b******* rules they have now if he was still alive truly a legend and will always be missed
I still remember that move at Bristol in the spring race of 1993, where Earnhardt split between Kyle Petty and Brett Bodine. I think he finished second behind Rusty.
Man I could never get over how Dales hood was flapping like he was waving goodbye. It was just his time and God made sure that his death was in a respectable way.
I mean, this is a risk that every driver, team owner, and crew member is aware of and knows exists. It's bad enough when the driver crashes and loses his life, but when the other driver is collected in it, they have to live with the memories.

@@Skater-uq1gm It was to have been a 3 wide battle for 3rd place. Dale Jr invited Schrader in 2020, and Sterling in 2022 on his download show. I thought it was appropriate that he allowed Kenny not to comment about the incident and read notes to him, stating that Jr was glad that Kenny went over there. It was tough to see Sterling not being able to speak much and struggling to sit on the chair properly because of his sickness. Dale Jr talked to him about going up on a podium, speaking out for him.
@@Skater-uq1gm It's easy for people to also forget that Richard Childress told his other driver, Mike Skinner, to stop over there and check on Earnhardt. Both Skinner and Schrader will always have that memory of being there while the rescue workers extracted Dale from his car.

As tragic as this was, that man would have wanted it to end that way. Racing was Dale's life, and he loved it more than anything, if he could have picked his way out, it would have for sure been behind the wheel of a racecar. I think he said in a interview once something like this. "It wouldn't be a tragedy if I died on the track, if I got killed driving downtown to get my hair cut, that would be a tragedy."

Gordon would be killed in the wreck shown, Micheal McDowell at Texas.. I'm still on the fence about how I should feel about Dale's death. It shouldnt have happened, but every time I watch the 2001 Daytona 500 I realize FATE was present that day, just the absolute close calls Dale had leading up to the final lap.. He barely missed the big one, and had he gotten spun in that wreck he would not be dead today.

I agree, I was at Vegas in 2008 when Gordon had that crash and the whole track was silent holding their breath until he got out of the car. It was a wicked crash, definitely would've been fatal pre hans device racing. There was no safer barrier there where he hit either, solid concrete, although they put one up not long after.

I've been around racing since I was 5 and i' m now 59 and can't tell you the drivers I've seen lose their lives racing including modified racing greats Corky Cookman,Tommy Baldwin and John Blewett and both Adam Petty and Kenny Irwin to name a few.Racing is an inherently dangerous sport which is why I have enormous respect for those who strap into a racecar.🏁🏁🏆🏁🏁🏁!
It is not Ken Schrader's fault, Dale was blocking so waltrip and jr would be up front. Marlin got a small tap on the # 3 car and sent Dale into a spin and Schrader ended up hitting him. Once the cars settled in the infield on the grass, schrader climbed out to check on dale. He says he did NOT know Dale was dead, he said it didnt look good. So for anybody who says it was schraders fault needs to back off. All the drivers miss Dale. #3 RIP Dale!

They should blame Marlin! (Actually it was Sr's fault he was driving like an ass). I finally found race footage of that final turn where you coudl clearly see Stirling Marlin getting into the back of Dale's car before it cut right. Most of the crash footage cuts to Michael Waltrip right before Sr loses control of the car so the network can cover the race finish. It wasn't until a couple weeks ago that I actually saw what happened.

well I never heard of Richard Petty, and ALWAYS knew of Dale Earnhardt, and yes, way before the crash, so I guess that answers the question on who is the best. Earnhardts a legend.
I bet you he was proud to see two of his cars up front that he didn't pay attention carefully to what was behind him and he lost control. I'm sure he tried to find a way out of it. But once he got sideways that he felt he was going to try to save it, or he was going to spin out and probably keep going and drive across for a position.

In the end, this led NASCAR to say "That's it! We're making changes." The first was mandating head and neck restraints, followed by safer barriers at all (or almost all) tracks, the car of tomorrow (COT) starting in 2007 (followed in 2013 by the gen-six car), and any and all other improvements I couldn't even begin to name.
Marko Ingram Not in NASCAR; since Dale's fatal crash, the most serious wreck they had was in 2003, when, during final practice for the Pontiac Excitement 400 (May 1, 2003), Jerry Nadeau was turned and struck the turn one wall on the driver's side. I was at Vegas in 2008 when Gordon crashed and Daytona in July of 2015 when Austin Dillion went flying into the catch fence on the final lap. Both were the worst wrecks I'd ever seen and some of the worst in history and those guys walked away unscathed, that's a true testament to how safe the cars are now!

When Dale hit the wall, his head went forward and into the steering wheel, then turned sideways when Kenny Schrader hit him in the door, causing the fatal injury to his head at the base of his skull. Dale was killed pretty much instantaneously, as the result of a basilar skull fracture. In contrast, as you may recall, when the big one erupted with less than 30 laps left in the race, when Tony Stewart glanced off the wall after being tapped by Ward Burton, Tony's car lifted into the air, then stood on its nose, pirouetting about 7-8 times, similar to a crash Richard Petty had at Daytona in 1988. Tony, in the end, more or less walked away, as did everyone else involved, though, for precautionary measures, he was taken to Halifax Medical Center and held overnight for a mild concussion and a shoulder injury.

When Ken Schrader told Micheal Waltrip what hapend it reminded me of a few mounths later when the secret service told George Busch about the 9/11 attacks.
Formula 1 was such a dangerous sport back in the day where there would always be at least 2 deaths or so every race. Sir Jackie Stewart actually retired from racing to take initiative to help make that sport safer. Although the most recent death in F1 with Jules Bianchi in 2015 during the Japanese GP was just a freak accident and a big mistake by the organization to hold the race during a monsoon (he went off track at high speed and his helmet made contact with a tractor trying to remove a previously wrecked car from the course and no local caution was in place), a great deal has been done to make those open cockpit cars much safer.
Stirling Marlin on dale jr podcast said that he had to tell the fans it wasn’t Stirling fault as he was getting death threats Marlin said he doesn’t think about that day but dale jr shared on the episode debrief that the people that came with Stirling said he watches the last 10 las of that race once a month
I was watching that race and when the crash happened, I felt Dale leave when the car hit the wall, I haven't watched another nascar race since..and will never go or watch another one.
schrader walked to Earnhardts car and as soon as he lowered Earnhardt's car net he witnessed Death. I don't think I would be able to handle seeing what he saw in that #3 car. I apologize my spelling isn't that good.
It wasn't gory. Basal skull fracture back of his skull was broken. He had broken ribs. The only blood I've seen the reports was in the ear. Most likely a pierced-ear drum. But there wouldn't have been any Gore if that's what you mean

Stanley Smith suffered a similar injury at Talladega and when they pulled him out of the car his firsuit was red with blood. I imagine Dale looked the same, Stanley survived amazingly, but never raced again and was blind in one eye for the rest of his life.

Because these are low downforce cars you gotta use aerodynamic wind loading to keep control of the car. -- now I will say. Schraders move alone wouldn’t have did him in. It was a combination of rusty wallace driving up shoveling a bunch of air under the back of the car. That air cancels out the downforce the spoiler provides. It literally creates a cushion of air like ground effect in a helicopter. So you notice dale washed out ass first left to right because the G forces and centrifugal force it’s acting on the car that way. If you watch dales car it starts ice skating after he loses control that’s when his car touched sterlings but only after. - for all the drivers of my generation and my kids. Everybody knows not to take a persons air in a turn especially on banking. But understand a lot of those older generation guys very few knew much about aerodynamics. - the reason we always find out how accidents happen is so we can prevent it from happening again not to blame anybody. Unfortunately had they talked about the past rusty and schrader would’ve been knowledgeable on the issue and they would of never took the air off. Dale being killed is irrelevant because he knew about the Hans and didn’t wanna wear it, that’s his responsibility. But causing cars to wreck on the track by taking someone’s air that is every drivers responsibility not to do that. The main reason is entertainment value. The fans don’t wanna sit threw cautions so it’s important everyone do what they can to put on a show and now cause wrecks that are like no shii a certainty. If you watch the incar camera and look at the flags durning dales crash. Dale had 2-3 second warning he was on the edge of the envelope. The classic buffeting I call it”my dog wagging his tail”. Another factor the wind was blowing South-SE. It played a role as well it helped pressurize the air under the car and lift it up. But it was rusty alone or Kenny alone it was a combination of both. They are not responsible for dales death though. Good drivers take responsibility for causing a crash via ignorance. But every driver was responsible for there own safety. A Hans would of saved him. Dale only lost 40mph of velocity in the hit on the wall. That’s why his car came to a stop 2500-3000’ from where it hit. The problem is a basilar skull fracture can happen at slow speeds. It’s literally the head isn’t seatbelted. So the car, seat and torso decelerate but the head keeps going forward at 180mph. The brain then gets yanked into the base of the skull by the spinal cord. The spinal cord the recoils and the front temp area gets fractured as well. Usually we would see the base or occipital bone fractured and the frontal temp area both.

I'm from the UK and so I didn't grow up knowing who Dale was. The first time I heard anything about him was on the Cleetus Mcfarland channel. That inspired me to find out what his story is. Now, 20 years after he died, I'm a 35 year old guy sitting on his couch with tears running down his face.

I remember that day so well unfortunately. I just remember being upstairs in my room after watching everything that had happened, and my mom and my grandfather had me come downstairs. And they sat me down, and tole me he had died, at first I was in shock because, I mean its Dale Earnhardt, he seemed invincible to me. But after that I just remember sitting there crying and crying. He was my hero in racing.

Dale was a hero for so many including myself, I was 14 when he passed I had watched the race and I remember before I turned the TV off I said to one of my friends I sure hope Dale's OK, just to find out later he had passed, it was one of the saddest days I can remember, I pulled for him my whole life and started pulling for Jr when he was in the Busch series, I stopped following every weekend in about 08, 09, just glad Jr retired before he really messed his self up, his Grandfather died at 45 And Sr at 49, pretty sure Jr's 49 now.

It would have been easy for Richard Childress to close down his organization after this moment, but he continued on. Just as Dale would have wanted. To this day, Richard has always found a way to still exist in the cup series. Most team owners that he has competed against are now gone.

I was 12 when sr passed. My dad cried for weeks. Later that year in July when they went back to Daytona, both my dad and myself cried when jr won. That win healed our hearts.

Every second was perfect..... until the end..... when the lady said Dale Earnhardt Jr. had died.... for a minute I was taken aback... then for a minute I was mad that she could so carelessly make that mistake.... and then I laughed, because from all the stories I have heard of the person Mr. Earnhardt was, I know he would have laughed like hell at that.

I met Dale Jr in Seattle at a autograph session in 2001at Safeco Field for the major league baseball all star game one week after he won the Pepsi cola firecracker 400 at Daytona . I told him that he was the greatest he said no I'm not man. I said yes you are you lost your dad my favorite of all time . We needed that win and here you are in seattle signing autographs. Thank you very much and he was like your welcome. I said now go kick some ass we all are proud of you! I never got to tell him I knew his pain somewhat because I lost my dad whom was taken from me when I was 3 months old at least you got to know your dad and be proud of him and his accomplishments. So thanks again Dale Jr for all the years you gave me a reason to stick with racing when I didn't want to . Your dad was my idol The Man in Black The Intimidater!

I still remember that move at Bristol in the spring race of 1993, where Earnhardt split between Kyle Petty and Brett Bodine. I think he finished second behind Rusty.
Man I could never get over how Dales hood was flapping like he was waving goodbye. It was just his time and God made sure that his death was in a respectable way.
I mean, this is a risk that every driver, team owner, and crew member is aware of and knows exists. It's bad enough when the driver crashes and loses his life, but when the other driver is collected in it, they have to live with the memories.
@@iankhan4614 Yup poor Schrader and Sterling. Schrader still tears up at the mere mention of it to this day. And Sterling is going through so much health issues, and still has the occasional crazy fan blaming him. Wish nothing but some finally peaceful thoughts for both of them.
@@Skater-uq1gm It was to have been a 3 wide battle for 3rd place. Dale Jr invited Schrader in 2020, and Sterling in 2022 on his download show. I thought it was appropriate that he allowed Kenny not to comment about the incident and read notes to him, stating that Jr was glad that Kenny went over there. It was tough to see Sterling not being able to speak much and struggling to sit on the chair properly because of his sickness. Dale Jr talked to him about going up on a podium, speaking out for him.
@@Skater-uq1gm It's easy for people to also forget that Richard Childress told his other driver, Mike Skinner, to stop over there and check on Earnhardt. Both Skinner and Schrader will always have that memory of being there while the rescue workers extracted Dale from his car.

As tragic as this was, that man would have wanted it to end that way. Racing was Dale's life, and he loved it more than anything, if he could have picked his way out, it would have for sure been behind the wheel of a racecar. I think he said in a interview once something like this. "It wouldn't be a tragedy if I died on the track, if I got killed driving downtown to get my hair cut, that would be a tragedy."
It's still amazing that Richard Childress is still a team owner to this day after this moment.

Gordon would be killed in the wreck shown, Micheal McDowell at Texas.. I'm still on the fence about how I should feel about Dale's death. It shouldnt have happened, but every time I watch the 2001 Daytona 500 I realize FATE was present that day, just the absolute close calls Dale had leading up to the final lap.. He barely missed the big one, and had he gotten spun in that wreck he would not be dead today.

I agree, I was at Vegas in 2008 when Gordon had that crash and the whole track was silent holding their breath until he got out of the car. It was a wicked crash, definitely would've been fatal pre hans device racing. There was no safer barrier there where he hit either, solid concrete, although they put one up not long after.

I've been around racing since I was 5 and i' m now 59 and can't tell you the drivers I've seen lose their lives racing including modified racing greats Corky Cookman,Tommy Baldwin and John Blewett and both Adam Petty and Kenny Irwin to name a few.Racing is an inherently dangerous sport which is why I have enormous respect for those who strap into a racecar.🏁🏁🏆🏁🏁🏁!

It is not Ken Schrader's fault, Dale was blocking so waltrip and jr would be up front. Marlin got a small tap on the # 3 car and sent Dale into a spin and Schrader ended up hitting him. Once the cars settled in the infield on the grass, schrader climbed out to check on dale. He says he did NOT know Dale was dead, he said it didnt look good. So for anybody who says it was schraders fault needs to back off. All the drivers miss Dale. #3 RIP Dale!

I finally found race footage of that final turn where you coudl clearly see Stirling Marlin getting into the back of Dale's car before it cut right. Most of the crash footage cuts to Michael Waltrip right before Sr loses control of the car so the network can cover the race finish. It wasn't until a couple weeks ago that I actually saw what happened.

I have never watched NASCAR again. It was never the same. I watched the first most famous race as a kid at Daytona (on TV) with the famous Yarborough/ Allison fist fight.

I bet you he was proud to see two of his cars up front that he didn't pay attention carefully to what was behind him and he lost control. I'm sure he tried to find a way out of it. But once he got sideways that he felt he was going to try to save it, or he was going to spin out and probably keep going and drive across for a position.
Thankfully, no NASCAR drivers have died since Dale's death in 2001; however, two years later at Richmond (May 1, 2003), Jerry Nadeau was seriously injured at Richmond during practice for the Pontiac Excitement 400. In the end, this led NASCAR to say "That's it! We're making changes." The first was mandating head and neck restraints, followed by safer barriers at all (or almost all) tracks, the car of tomorrow (COT) starting in 2007 (followed in 2013 by the gen-six car), and any and all other improvements I couldn't even begin to name.

I was at Vegas in 2008 when Gordon crashed and Daytona in July of 2015 when Austin Dillion went flying into the catch fence on the final lap. Both were the worst wrecks I'd ever seen and some of the worst in history and those guys walked away unscathed, that's a true testament to how safe the cars are now!

Well, it was that bad, and then some. When Dale hit the wall, his head went forward and into the steering wheel, then turned sideways when Kenny Schrader hit him in the door, causing the fatal injury to his head at the base of his skull. Dale was killed pretty much instantaneously, as the result of a basilar skull fracture. In contrast, as you may recall, when the big one erupted with less than 30 laps left in the race, when Tony Stewart glanced off the wall after being tapped by Ward Burton, Tony's car lifted into the air, then stood on its nose, pirouetting about 7-8 times, similar to a crash Richard Petty had at Daytona in 1988. Tony, in the end, more or less walked away, as did everyone else involved, though, for precautionary measures, he was taken to Halifax Medical Center and held overnight for a mild concussion and a shoulder injury.
EricEbac22 sr didn’t hit the wheel he had a basilar skull fracture his nose hit it and broke but it didn’t effect him in his death. It means his spine was cut in half at the bottom of his skull or in the middle of his neck.

In the end, Hoosier, which was competing alongside Goodyear in NASCAR for the first time since 1990, was forced to withdraw from Speed Weeks, and all the teams that were planning to run on Hoosier tires, including Phoenix Racing (owned by James Finch), for whom Neil Bonnett drove, as well as Rodney Orr, who was an independent and fielded his own team at the time of his death, had to switch to Goodyear, though Hoosier would return starting at Rockingham on February 26-27, and continuing through the end of the 1994 season.

ya i cought that to, it's Dale Earnhardt Sr. not Jr. I knew Sr. personnally he was the main sponser on my 03 Chevy ARCA racing car and was their for my first win he was such a roll model i will always miss him. i wish i was still in racing

Formula 1 was such a dangerous sport back in the day where there would always be at least 2 deaths or so every race. Sir Jackie Stewart actually retired from racing to take initiative to help make that sport safer. Although the most recent death in F1 with Jules Bianchi in 2015 during the Japanese GP was just a freak accident and a big mistake by the organization to hold the race during a monsoon (he went off track at high speed and his helmet made contact with a tractor trying to remove a previously wrecked car from the course and no local caution was in place), a great deal has been done to make those open cockpit cars much safer.
Stirling Marlin on dale jr podcast said that he had to tell the fans it wasn’t Stirling fault as he was getting death threats Marlin said he doesn’t think about that day but dale jr shared on the episode debrief that the people that came with Stirling said he watches the last 10 las of that race once a month

I was watching that race and when the crash happened, I felt Dale leave when the car hit the wall, I haven't watched another nascar race since..and will never go or watch another one.

It wasn't gory. Basal skull fracture back of his skull was broken. He had broken ribs. The only blood I've seen the reports was in the ear. Most likely a pierced-ear drum. But there wouldn't have been any Gore if that's what you mean

@@joeyjohnson4826 There's blood all over the inside of the car, look at the accident report and see for yourself. It was a mess. Stanley Smith suffered a similar injury at Talladega and when they pulled him out of the car his firsuit was red with blood. I imagine Dale looked the same, Stanley survived amazingly, but never raced again and was blind in one eye for the rest of his life.

To this day I praise every single person there at the crash scene to have never released any piece of info to the media of what they saw inside that car that day. I've seen the photos online of inside the car way after Dale was taken out thank God that's all the public has ever seen
