I have a feeling that Kathy is not Alma’s sistter but she’s her daughter. Kathy is also over stepping her boundaries by putting her nose where it doesn’t belong. I must agree with the ex boy friend and say Kathy might be the ultimate reason Alma is man less. She is a 15 year old but act as if she is an adult. Alma needs to get a hold on her sister before she destroy any possibility of her being in a loving relationship.

The title "Stars and Blue is a creative and representational title that truly related to this amazing production. My takeaway is Hope which is a simple, common, term yet elaborate bc it covers a gamut of human emotions and prospects. Hope is having an optimistic state of mind with an expectation of a positive outcome and Star's are known to represent Hope. For Oma to have the courage to carry her child despite being hurt, abused, despondent, grief and poverty stricken, demoralized, rejected and all alone under the circumstances her child was created is the definition of Hope. Hope and unconditional love had to be why Oma named her child Katrina after her beloved mom who she made the ultimate sacrifice for but was never able to reap the benefits of forfeiting a portion of her dignity and morals. Hope is how Oma single handedly raised a smart, fierce, beautiful daughter, still had the courage to love, face & tell the truth, ultimately forgave & moved on. Oma adored and believed Kaity w/o reservation and endured all she did to continue to protect her bc of unwavering love. Blue represents inspiration & intuition two very vital words that would take a lot to unpack with respect to how it relates to this beautiful story but blue also represents: depth, wisdom, confidence, stability, faith, & intelligence which embodies & represents qualities in three of the main characters of St🌟r's and Blue 🔵 Mrs. Ruth this was yet another brilliant & collected piece.
