    There's a lot in here. I'm sure I'll listen to this whole thing multiple times, as I do anything that adds more to what clues I've previously gathered. It's how I have survived other difficult to endure illness and other situations. Thank you very much for this!

    Great update from Roger. Love his advice on what he’d do if he had £20,000, he’d get a personal trainer. So sad he thinks that price will be a factor.

    Now if could get some more acetylcholinesterase. Somehow. ...or fix the latency of it.
