Yes, it is only truth between them . Even before they yet to see each other , years before their first true encounter , they have shareed a special bond . It was that bond he had sang about in that deleted scene . He had heard her voice and was comforted by her stunned words , that she hadheard him, understood his loneliness and could discern even his tears. When he was heartbroken , thinking she would never love a monster and his face is a poison , she finally had shattered all his doubts with a simple kiss. That is , Erik must have a time to think it over , to settle that true with him ( because with Erik nothing is simple and obvious ) . Apart but together , far but close , they were always taking strength from one another . While circumstances seemed to deny that bond , it still exists. Christine must prey to God for courage not because of fear but out of love . The battle of his mind , that he would see things how they are and not how he perceives them , demanded a mental strength beyond her ability ( though she always has a courage when it comes to Erik ) . Your video remind me of Honey's fanfiction The Treasure , that chapter when God had talked to him about his past and future , pointed out that he never was alone , even if Erik should thought otherwise. As he later said Christine : In the span of mere minutes , my entire life as I knew cease to exist " . I know , l helpless, but I love her fanfictions and like to quote her .
