Excellent video! Thank you! I’m having a hard time finding video tutorials on- not only growing vegetables indoors under LED grow lights in a raised bed or containers (NOT hydroponics or just seed starts), but also for tomato and pepper plants that require a flower and fruiting stage! I find some only on lettuces and herbs. So glad I found your video and can see an example of how it can be done! Do you have any more like this? Thank you again. Looking forward to seeing more of your growing tutorials and suggestions. ❤️
Very interesting video! I grow micro dwarfs inside, and just did a review on Vilma which started outdoors in 6” pots in August and after up potting to 1 gallon grow bags, are now 13” tall! Just subscribed. I look forward to more videos!
I usually keep 1-2 Praxxus cherries going in the Lab but have to do that in the summer because most tomatoes can't deal with my summer heat. And I too love that garden candy!
Hi, i recently bought a 2x4 tent with 2000w LED and i definitely need some help using it to grow my tomatoes. How bright should i keep the light? How high up? how many hours a day? what about humidity? how frequently should i water? i've grown tomatoes outside but i'm clueless about how to do it indoors, can you help?
Hello David, Thank you for the question. We normally have about a 12 hour light cycle for tomatoes grown indoors. You can vary a bit on either side of that, but that has yielded us the best results. As to humidity, I can speak to our tent specifically, as we keep it at around 50% humidity (based on our hygrometer) after the initial higher humidity level during germination. For watering, I think you will get to a consistent schedule once you see how quickly your lights are drying out your mix. It should be well draining, and you want to keep it damp (but not wet). I would say, we watered ours every other day, but again, that depends on your soil mix and how well draining it is. You don't want the roots sitting in water. Finally, for your light, you can also adjust depending on results, but I would say we keep ours about a foot above the plants, and they do just fine, though I have read that you can have the light a little higher, again, that is what has worked for us. That's a lot of writing, but I hope it was helpful to you, and I am happy to try to answer any further questions, so please let us know. Thank you, and have a wonderful week! Paul
Check the real specifications on that light. The actual wattage of the light is 365 watts. You measure watts on leds by the wattage draw at the plug.

One day I will be able to do this. Great information. Thank you
You absolutely can. Good luck!

Garden candy is the best treat after a long day, and also at the beginning of a long day, and also at any time of the day. :)
you are so right to call them garden candy, they are the perfect candy
Exactly!

I grow tiny Tim. Geranium kiss and orange hat inside next year I'm going to start early because with my light they don't grow that much
Because of you, we are going to do the same! :)
Is their a light schedule?
Hello, and sorry for the very late reply. I am getting caught up on comments. We have our lights on from 4:00 pm - 6:00 am typically.
@@GutenGardening 😊 thanks
They don't taste as sweet as September tomatoes but I think, I want to think they are better than store tomatoes
Agreed 100%. Outdoors does taste better, but anything homegrown seems to be better than store bought, regardless of the season.
Uncle, in my Village of San Francisco, cannabis is grown indoors with grow lights.
Yes, I understand that is the case.
Why does everyone on here drag things out by trlling their whole life story instead of just showing it direct without yhe story
