Dry skin removal and earwax removal videos are my guilty pleasure. Those huge globs of earwax being removed as well as huge chunks of dry skin I find oddly satisfying. I know I’m weird and I’m proud to admit it.

This is why I get pedicures every six weeks so I can stay ahead of issues, especially ingrowns. If she sees something she lets me know and I have my doctor or one of the doctors I work for look at it and make recommendations.
I’m curious to know what causes this? Genetics Or vitamin deficiency or what? My toes are no where to being that bad but my big toes the nail grows into the sides and every month I have to cut the edges down to the base as close as I can and it hurts so bad and bleeds but feels so much better afterwards. Been like this as long as I can remember but worse now with age since I don’t cut them super short anymore like I use to when I played soccer.... didn’t want a nail to be ripped off like many of my teammates.
Wish could afford to see a podiatrist here in UK but too expensive ..you do a fab job …I look after my own feet fabulously and always have done ..but would love someone to do them just once .

Because of an accident they pull my nail out to fix my toe, and for last 4 years they are trying to give me a healthy toe nail *AND* just today half of my nail fell off. If your feet is healthy take care of it guys, just a friendly advice
My podiatrist told me that after a serious injury the toenail is never going to be at its previous healthy condition, will be thicker and falling off, crumbling ( my case) easily. It's not a matter of a doctor's mistake

Out of curiosity, why is it that you don’t soak your patients toes (whether in water or whatever) to soften them up and make it easier to get those ingrown nails out?

Perhaps you should soak the feet prior to procedure, that way the nail is not as tough to get thru and the cuticle is soft enough to come off
