Very few realize how talented this man is. He can rap, he can sing, and scream. I battle with bipolar disorder and horrible anxiety. I'm always made out to be the monster no matter how hard I try. This song resonates with me so much. I am a good person. But very few see that. This song made my husband cry when I let him hear it and told him this is me.
I have Bipolar disorder too and the range of emotions is beyond belief. The depression part is life threatening but the one that rips me apart is the emotional pain.
I have a lot of anxiety, where I have panic attacks, and it sucks. But this song does kinda describe Anxiety also. Not a lot of people understand what it’s like
Another cool tidbit. The girl in the ending is Radke's actual daughter Willow. Radke has had her show up in a few videos. Radke himself says that she has been his "rock" while struggling through depression, addiction, and dealing with his past mistakes.
Ronnie is easily one of the best vocalists out there. His ability to transition from rap to singing to screams and back is immaculate. And all of his raw emotion is fantastic. Not to mention lyrically he blows many right out of the water
Ronnie is so incredibly talented. He interacts with fans on twitch all the time, and I expect he will probably watch your video on stream ;) (I truly recommend reacting to Bring Me The Horizon - Kingslayer (feat. Babymetal))
Omg you’re so right. I remember this song as feeling sooooo different and unique. Your explanation nailed it. The empty beginning just built naturally, just like all our attention tuned in. Such a genius way to pull people into a song!
If you want to hear Ronnie really show emotion in his voice, check out "Falling in Reverse - The Drug in me is Reimagined". It's a completely reimagined version of their older song "The drug in me is you" and it blew me away.
i love this reaction/review! I do appreciate that you paid attention to the lyrics because not a lot of people who has reacted to this has. These lyrics are so deep. The build of of the music and the vocals and everything is amazing in this. Thank you

Great reaction as always! Falling in Reverse are an incredible band! Now you can react to their amazing trilogy (Losing My Mind, Losing My Life, Drugs) Or to Drug in Me is Reimagined (which is a remake of their song "Drug in me is you") to hear a completely different sound, much more focused on Ronnie's vocal ability, which is incredible.
You have no clue how comforting and happy hearing someone who is more than 10 years older than myself to sit down, listen to a Falling In Reverse song and truly understand what it was about rather than "oh what is this garbage how can you even enjoy this" I spent my teen years (I'm 22 now) being judged for this and many bands like them amongst other things in my hometown so just being hearing someone compliment it and understand it's not just a collection of noise thrown at a wall to see what sticks makes me so freakin happy. Thank you, I wish I had you as a band teacher when I was a kid, my first and only band teacher mocked me for wanting to play this type of music and I quit playing all together

I just want to say I really really like your reaction videos I especially like that you add little fun facts in your videos and your videos are very high quality keep it up you got a new sub from me!
I discovered Falling In Reverse at the end of 2019 and I instantly fell in love with the band. I only recently found your reactions, but you are doing a great job. Especially taking the time to study the performer/band and include little notes/facts and some interesting information about them throughout the video. Keep it up!
First time here and I loved your reaction. The little girl in the video is his daughter Willow and her symbolism is that she saved him from self-destruction and made him want to be a better person for her and for himself. He is an amazing artist. I suggest that you’re next be a Two-fer.. Do The Drug In Me Is You and then in your same reaction video do The Drug In Me is You Reimagined so that you can see them both together and in order. You can see him grow as an artist and it’s amazing comparison
A band you might like is Starset. They're "cinematic rock" but I think there's amazing emotion in some of their music. Some good ones are My Demons, Carnivore, and Ricochet
Clicked so fast for this and didn't disappoint. I see similarities to Ollie Sykes and Bring Me The Horizon with Ronnie Radke and Falling In Reverse, even though their music is different. Such passion and incredible minds. Drug In You Is Reimagined will give you a different style of Falling In Reverse, but just as brilliant.
Totally agree, I have even seen some Oli moments where he even looked like Ronnie. I think it was an old interview, he had a grey hoodie and it looked so much like Ronnie in the "Popular Monster" video briefly. Threw me. I'm sorry but both men are super gifted, talented and sexy as hell in a very unassuming way... I'm too old to be "fan-girling" but never did it as a teen. TIME NOW☺️
You truly get it. Both as a musician and as an educator. I love your take on it. Not to mention, the nostalgic 1990's VH1 feel lmao. It was like watching pop up video!

He literally talked about the song on one of his live streams and the song Losing My Mind is him after depression and basically he rubs in all the success he made after prison and depression.
I found your channel because someone commented that you did a reaction on Ronnie's live stream on Nov 11. Glad that I checked it out. I really like how confident you are in what you say and it makes sense. Definitely subbed and hope to see more honest reviews!
The part about not feeling understood as a kid/teenager really hit home. I never really acted out but instead, I shut myself out. I didn't want my parents to feel bad so in a way, I burdened myself. I am the only one in my friend circle who listened to hard and often sad music. I felt like no one understood me but my brother. I guess a lot of this is still true. When my brother went away during my teenage years it got hard, I changed so much and became someone I didn't like, I became more like my father. My brother is my rock/compass. Keeps me from being delusional. Without him, I don't know where I'd be. I'm afraid the anger I sense inside would one day explode.
