Why do people use a cloth to make the idlis in? And the cloth... As I have seen in so many videos... Doesn't it look dirty.
They use whole day so looking dirty and burning looks ....to use clothe u can make perfect south indian pillow soft idlies...heat will not direct on idli first in clothes idli will more soft
No dear it is only heat that give the look, if they use plastic paper it is not good for health, this cloth method is correct
