Not the same anymore - overcrowded. The Island years ago was a paradise to get away from it all . Now it’s no better than going to a major cities beach with the crowds , headaches . Sad 😔
So sad to see its been overdeveloped and overcrowded again, businesses continually re-encroaching on the 30 meter easement rule, no proper infrastructure planning and its just lost its paradise vibe that made it so world renowned in the first place, even places like Phuket or Cancun feel just as crowded, but way more organized and relaxing, no loud music blasting out of restaurants directly toward the beach, and most other places actually have proper emphasis on green space and environmental preservation, so sad to see what was paradise, becoming just like Manila, the LGU should step up before they no longer can make tourism revenue from destroying the place.
