I agree more hooded eyes tutorials and more colors.....which eye color goes to color of our hair? Color of our eyes? Is it important or not? Thank you for this video you are The Queen 💪😍😍😍
You are so sweet! Thanks for the suggestions! I actually have a video that talks about eye shadows with your eye color here - th-cam.com/video/JUDZN5o25BQ/w-d-xo.html Check that out and let me know if you have any questions!💕
@@jocelynmcclellan wooow I don't emember when I've put last time green eye shadows maybe 30 years ago...good advice and refreshing look for my brown eyes 😁
I definitely want to do more hooded eye tutorials! You can check out this tutorial I have where I talk about what eyeshadows are good for different colors of eyes! 💕 th-cam.com/video/JUDZN5o25BQ/w-d-xo.html
Can you please please please do a video tutorial on how to prep and set your eyes first before applying Seint eyeshadow. I’m having trouble with this being new to 3D foundation. I have oily skin as well as on my eyeshadow. I noticed these beautiful eyeshadow colors are not popping because my base isn’t as light as with traditional foundation or concealer
Hey Brooke! One thing that really helps gals who have oily eyelids is setting their lids with Vanilla Dust Setting Powder FIRST...then applying your eyeshadow. Do you have that on hand to try?
Wow another great video! The older I get the darker the circles get around my eyes. Ever since I cut my hair in a short pixie my eyes seem to stand out more. I need all the eye makeup advice you have. Thank you for sharing your videos!💕💕
I know it's been a year since this video but I'm still going to answer your question. I cannot imagine only 2 colors. I've had slightly hooded eyes my entire life, DNA of my beautiful Mother. But now as the Years (age), Florida Sun, not to mention that I've never used makeup on any consistent basis ever. I would always put on eye makeup for special occasions, and single times special occasions (going out) and pretty much used the same technique and colors since I was in high school. I have blue eyes and blonde hair so I've always stuck to the rich brown tones, with a lighter neutral tone on my lid up to my brow bones, then the darkest brown in the 7 or > shape in the outside corners, and last but not least the shimmer off-white under the brows. I've always understood the need to carry my crease colors up higher towards my browbone on my eye shape and it always worked for me. Well I've recently, after a long absence of putting on nothing except, at the very most liquid eyeliner on top and a pencil liner on the bottom and mascara. I pulled out my full eye shadow look and started applying it like I always had! I stopped not halfway through in dismay. My hooded eyes weren't so easily worked around with the extra skin on my hood and the fact that the skin itself was very creepy had me in a meltdown. All my eye makeup had always been to different degrees all shimmers, with maybe 2 dark brown matte colors. That was 2 years ago. I've been all over TH-cam and Instagram looking at different techniques. I would love to see you do more tutorials on how to apply 3, 4, or even 5 shades of eyeshadows. BTW, turning to a matte finish in my eyeshadows did not help at all. It seemed to just accentuate the crepey skin in the hood area of my eyelids.
Hey gorgeous! I actually have a video on that - th-cam.com/video/JUDZN5o25BQ/w-d-xo.html Check that out and let me know if there are any other questions you have!💕
Hey Joci. I found everything but the primer I believe it's the wrong address. Could u send me the info. Thanks for this video. God knows my eyes are hooded.
@@jocelynmcclellan this is how much your advice and opinion means to us. I checked on Amazon this morning to check the primer and went back to buy it this evening and they're about sold out. You go girl
@@jocelynmcclellan hey Joci. Do you ever do tutorials on covering broken veins and sun spots. Sure u probably have. I havnt ran across it yet. Just an idea. Oh one more correcting redness. I don't know what happen but after I had my second boy and hit my 30s my completion went red. Before that it was not to sound conceded but beautiful. Now I just turned 47 on April 5th and I'm hitting the dreaded M word. Sweating like crazy. I'll take any tips.
