At 14:30 I think that Nativity scene may be one of those handmade in the Holy Land out of Olive wood. They can be pretty expensive. It was so pretty and intricate.
That rectangle antique tin ... i found one. GW taped it up. When i peeled the tape, the color came off. Ruined. I complained about the tape. Then i found an old set of small dishes in a holder ... coaster size. Gw taped them up. Again, the paint peeled off. Ruined! I complained again. They stopped using tape & went to rubber bands. Now if they would just stop using black sharpie on doll foreheads and legs ... that would be great!! L💚VED the olive green glass snack dishes!!!

Great Goodwill trip! At 16:15 right after you looked at the "trowel" there was a box of Longaberger Basket Ornaments for $4.99. They are pewter ornaments made to look like their annual holiday baskets. They sold them singly each year, then did them in sets of 4 from previous years. That was a boxed set of 4. I think the set is worth around $15. Maybe more closer to Christmas. I always thought they were really pretty.
Great finds today, Dagney. I love both the vintage tins and the Peggy Karr platter. And, those green Indiana snack sets were beautiful, but I understand why you didn't get them.
I'm not sure about the last few years but prior to that I was a general manager of a big box bookstore and it was against the law to jamb phone signals inside even though it was a private employer. I don't know if it's up to each individual state but I thought it was a federal law. I'm now retired so I'm not sure what the statute is

I've had internet issues at some goodwill 's. I've found that if I check available internet connections i can sometimes login on a business in the area as a guest. My local one has a lab next door that offers guest login for patients (which I am) but no password required.
It;s really unfair - people rip tickets off or they just fall off and then you can't buy it. In Las Vegas they sell unpriced stuff to the "special" people.

The olive wood nativity piece is about 35.00 retail from the Holy Land sellers who come to our church. Love the cat Christmas plate.
