This is great. Dangote surely has a vision, I only hope the likely benefits would not be marred by lack of political willpower. If nothing, at least subsidy can be removed and a lot saved from importation, let's hope that's properly converted into provision of infrastructure/basic amenities and other dividends of government. Also, the location of the refinery needs massive and extensive infrastructure development else the situation will be far worse than apapa. Great 🚚 once again.

Allegedly He got forex from cbn for foreign transaction,he went around and sold the forex to bureau de change, and made billions out of it. Anyone can make money under such circumstances.
