- Long time, no snacks! This time I’m back trying snacks from Japan called ‘Dagashi’. If you’ve ever seen the anime ‘Dagashi Kashi’ then you’ve probably seen them before. I’m going to try a bunch of them for the first time and give them a score out of ten 😊

Japanese snacks really intrigued me because it looks so well-made and the packaging is very interesting 😍Also the snacks are very similar to what i have in Indonesia, especially yanyan and baby star ramen. Yanyan in Indonesia is called nyamnyam, almost identical. It's delicious and i remembered eating a lot of it when i was younger..
i have tried some of them.. honestly japanese snacks are the best, even if they’re cheap or low-graded.

Chocolate cigarettes used to be sold here in The Netherlands (they were sticks of milk chocolate), but a few years ago the name and design was changed because it wasn’t suitable for kids. Understandable ofc but it was a part of my childhood so it’s kinda sad. I really liked the video! It made me laugh haha
I don't remember chocolate cigarettes from my childhood, but there were candy cigarettes.

I‘ve never seen Yan Yan Tsukebo in Europe and I am very sure that you can’t buy it in Germany (maybe imported ones in an Asian supermarket?). Fun fact: In most European countries you can’t buy candies or sweets shaped as cigarettes because it influences kids to start smoking when they are older as they associate good childhood memories with cigarettes.
I've had cigarette shaped bubblegum during my childhood but I suppose that isn't produced anymore by now. :D

I tried umaibou for the first time myself only a year ago after getting some in a Japanese snack box gift and I had the same reaction because I wasn't expecting the flavours to be so good! There's an apple-cinnamon one that tastes and smells just like apple pie❤
