Can you explain why we crash activity D to two weeks? How would I know when to crash it into half because activity D max is 4 weeks so why not crash it into 4 weeks?

Glad you liked the video. No the solution doesn’t have to be identical. There are different ways to solve them but the end result is the same.

If you take the absolute value it doesn’t matter which way you calculate it.

you can crash it 4 times in wave1 and you will still get the same answer: 2 critical paths (paths ADG & BEG)
Yes, there is more than one way to solve it.
