LOGISTICLY, you should put the cereal before the milk because if you put the cereal after then it just flows over the cup/bowl. BUT, i always use too much milk when I put the cereal first.. so I like to see how much milk is in the cup before adding my cereal 😂

Yes, sometimes there is very little resin in the bottles, but there is also sometimes more than you need for one kit.
Doesn't the manufacturer have a measured machine when dispensing the resin for each kit? ... Or is it all done by hand and you get what you get?
