The problem with Express is an easy fix if they want. Simply increase the ratio of express/regular line. It will make the regular lines longer, but that's why the Express is a premium add on.

I have a question y'all :).... so me and my friends want to go to HHN but we only want to go in the haunted houses and walk around the scary stuff... we don't want to do universals rides and stuff just the Halloween part.... how much would that be and can I even do that??
in the scare zones youre not supposed to show fear so they wont target you as often and i went for the first time last night and in the purge scare zone i was standing and there was a scare guy standing like ten feet away from me just staring at me and i was waving and saying hi and then i turn around and theres one right in my face and i screamed and he laughed and in the clown scare zone my friend got chased by one cause there was one behind her and she ran and three clowns chased her and then she like stood there and plugged her ears while her eyes were shut and like those three clowns surrounded her and she screamed it was so much fun
Here's what UO needs to do: they need to sell shirts of some specific color pattern or something, that's easily-visible to the scare actors in the dim light. The shirts could signify something like "please leave me alone" or "please leave me out of your schtick" or whatever. That way, people who don't care to have actors up in their personal space can still enjoy the event, lol.
not to call you out but that's the point of the event is to be scared if you don't want people to scare u I suggest trying something else. you can't expect them to create a shirt or a light or anything like that when the whole point of the event is to scare people. there timing has to be genuine and on point you cant have actors saying oh wait I cant scare that person makes no sense

Well on one hand that is a bummer just so folks who can't go can see what the insides look like BUT on the other hand if I was walking through the house it makes it so much nicer not to have lit up cell phone screens throwing off the scares. Looking forward to more HHN videos from you all this year. So far Orlando's event looks better-- that Trick R Treat scare zone is so well done!
