Where in the US are you getting oysters for 30 bucks?! The last time I went to an even moderate price bar six oysters cost me approximately $39. I'm impressed for wherever you went and I sincerely hope that it was the most delicious oysters that you had and not some cheapies. Great video! Thank you so much for your contributions to TH-cam
Went to The Lair last year in Dec, and they are super duper slow in taking out the food after we order.. It can take them 20 mins from order to table for 6 oysters when there is only my table (3 pax) and another table in the whole restaurant. We left with out feeling full (first time for a buffet). i think the value is less than those $20++ buffets.

Osteria Mozza is fantastic Italian restaurant originally by Mario Batali and now own by Nancy Silverton… their pizzas have that rustic Neapolitan crust and it’s delicious

I dont get the whole cold seafood thing, warm and bubbling in some amazing soup, curry, or sauce, grilled or covered in cheese os so much better.

The trick to pick up soup dumplings without breaking its skin is first use chopsticks to pull it up and sidewards lifting detaching it from the paper just 1/4 of the way then shove a spoon underneath it push it up, the chopstick's roll now is only to stabilize it, the force should come from the spoon
