I was waiting for David Attenborough to start talking in the intro. Then we did some bagging up in the middle, then it was cooking with Adam.... Great work
I'm only here for the accent. Seriously though, I left the UK 33 years ago and although I don't miss it I do miss the fishing and associated banter...ain't no skimmers or slabs (sadly) where I live. Great Channel mate, love it. As for the weather, "It's grim oop North"
Following this video, I decided to give bream a try 2 days ago...4 am, on the bank, 12ft distance feeder, 15 grams in-line feeder, size 10 hook. A mixture of micro pellets, F1 ground bait and a bit of betaine...4mm green soft wafters on the hook...I have not pre baited, nor did I do it during the session, only the little feeder...Effectively started hmfishing 4.30...First 30 min, not a single bite, but then...it started...It was the best ever fishing session in the least amount of time in my hole entire life...16 breams in 2.5 hours. Came back in the afternoon with 2 friends, I started strong again, they had nothing, decided to stop my session and give them some help and it worked a dream...3 happy fishermen and this video is what started it, so ty.
How am I loving a bream fishing video again?? 😂 Yep, it’s an Adam’s Fishing Adventure video. 🤛💪 GGs pal. Channel growing solid! Good times ahead man!!!
Loving the content from Australia! Little tip with your fried rice, and trust me on this one. Mix the rice and cracked eggs in a bowl first as it fully coats the rice, you can also add a bit of soy sauce and chilli sauce to get that sweet and sour taste. Restaurant standard give it a go 🍚
WHAT amazing bream you got a great way of life out there catching well done proper bream out of a huge lake the feed worked ,,you often see anglers fishing big fish venues with half pint of maggots or one tin of corn or meat, and only catch a few,and wonder why ,,you answered that one ,,great video and fishing well done that man,,,tight lines ,
Great session Adam. Bream of that stamp are becoming rare in many established waters due to the dislike some carp anglers have for them eating their boilies. The large bream shoals at 2 reservoirs here have been decimated, they are found dead in bushes regularly, so horrible to see.
Spot on with me with your tactics and set up Adam. Clean and simple and i always favour big cage feeders for getting the bait going in with the size of them big boy gob . Your camera work is very professional and each video is a joy to watch. Keep it up big lad.
Great videos mate , I moved from nth yorks to Canada in 97 ,used to fish the Ure ,Wharfe and Ouse a fair bit as I had a York book ,I now fish a couple of lakes in Saskatchewan for Carp one is 68 km long and the other is 93 km long ,miss the bream trips to Ireland but the fishing here is really good winter and summer.
Another awesome video mate, and the extra tips on your rigs and van life are brilliant, you make so much effort in terrible conditions, it's great to watch, thankyou, keep on bagging! 👍👌
I used to visit bowness 7/8 years ago, was told big fish kill years ago and hardly anything to catch. I need to give it another go, gotta be something near there i can fish.
Great video and I tell you what lad you done really well it can take you 2 days just to find fish at windermere much less catch a few especially of that quality well done lad 👍👍👍
Enjoy your videos glad you described the rig and set up you use. Some cracking bream there. Going for some bream myself tomorrow on the canal at doncaster. John.
Watched a couple of your vids now Adam. Love the way you come across and you seem to have a very good temprement. Going to Ireland next month and will try out your rig.
I've spent a lot of time in the Lakes. It's a bit strong to say it rains 90% of the time. It's all about what time of year you go. Every time I fished Windermere, all I caught was eels!
which end of the lake was you Adam ? we were supposed to be going to fish Esthwaite but im hearing rumours its going to close, selling off all the boats etc, and no more fishing . So after watching this video and you braving the elements, its going to be Windermere, thanks for the inspiration. one more Q , can you use keepnets ? tight lines
Well Adam, I could have met you in Mirfield the other day but it did not work out. Another good video, interesting how you set up for the bream. What I am intereted in is your feeder arm, where did you get it or what make is it please. Stay safe Adam cheers Paul.
Great vids and top danglin as usual, who can recommend a seat box for the 'larger gentleman' aka 'the big lad' aka the 'fat..... happy to spend for quality. cheers!
@AdamsFishingAdventures Yes, you toss a wok like a professional chef. Is it free to fish anywhere on Windsmere? Thanks for the videos. Barry from Essex.
Well Adam how are you have you ever taught about planning a trip to Ireland Luke the republic some savage fishing for all course fish and pike no rod license need and rivers are open all year round canals have great access and loads of big wild lakes and Louth might be something to look into if your up for an other adventure
Hi Adam. Is there a closed season on Windermere ?? Do you need a day ticket?? Are there many spots where you can get to the water without needing to get permission. Thinking of a change been going to Ireland for 50 years and it is now very hard to catch any bream. Would be great to try for a week and see if it’s like Ireland used to be. Cheers John 😃😃👍👍
You're not allowed to fish with maggots or groundbait in lakes until 16th June, shame he was not following this as it encourages others to go out and do the same.
Awesome video mate can’t beat a dust bin lid. Is it free fishing on Windermere can’t work it out online. I’ve got to have a go reminds me of Ireland back in the 90s but they were a smaller stamp than the beasts you’ve had ❤
I was waiting for David Attenborough to start talking in the intro. Then we did some bagging up in the middle, then it was cooking with Adam.... Great work
That’s a right slab! Congratulations mate, you deserve it for braving those conditions

It's the ferry cost its over 300 quid to Ireland 😔
Where abouts on windermere are you fishing mate? Cracking stuff
Some nice bream adam .ive never been to the lake district
It's worth it
Nice bin lids would you be near Cockshott point?
Adam are you fishing opposite Belle island? Keep on Bagging 👍👍👍
Lovely stamp of bream .Do they have matches on there ?
Some proper slabs them Adam mate 👍 Do you live in your van ? See ya in the next one

Great vids Mr A, is it free fishing?
I hope you don’t mind me asking but where exactly is that spot on Windermere buddy I’d love to have a drive up there for a session 🎣
Noticed 3 ppl av asked exactly were is he fishing on windy but no reply. Maybe its a secret spot!😂
Awesome video mate can’t beat a dust bin lid. Is it free fishing on Windermere can’t work it out online. I’ve got to have a go reminds me of Ireland back in the 90s but they were a smaller stamp than the beasts you’ve had ❤
It is free fishing
It’s free fishing mate. Obviously need a rod licence.
Ty guys gotta get me some of that
why did you setup in the water?
What rod is it you use Adam ? Seems a cracking rod that can cast some weight but is also soft.
Shimano power barbel you get the feeder tip and the heavy barbel tip
@@AdamsFishingAdventuresCheers Adam. Loving the videos at the moment!
the rigs a bolt rig pal, no way for the fish to lose the feeder if you get broke off. most venues ban it.
If the hook isn't barbed would the bream be able to " throw" the hook?
There called dustbin lids me duck 🦆
you fishing a river there with the tip rod up in the air?
Mate, he is pulling 7lb Bream out. He must be doing something right.😉
Oh definitely but it’s an odd setup surely you’d want the line sunk as much as possible
@@jachmastr only way i get the camera angle
@@AdamsFishingAdventures Ahh I get ya bud, well done, some lovely fish and here's me thinking those lakes up there are all game fish! :)
Im sorry i didnt send you to the best place on aire n colder.
Started off at 10lb....then 9...then def 8....then 7lb 12oz!!!!
Not another angler in sight. Is this private fishing?
Great fishing Adam by why didn't you go up the bank and get you back to the wind rather than sit straight onto it man
Be a hard water that if u dont no the dance
why not start bringing some scales :)
Need to get tip of rod lower too water.
Why are you fishing , facing the wind ?
Because I'm right handed if I sit the other way the feeder arm would be in the way of landing fish
Why would you want to fish for bream anywhere else?
@@CB-xr1eg I’d agree with you but if it’s bream you want that’s the peg you want
