Hi Gaby! New subscriber here! Love your recipes! I love that you use so many fresh vegetables!! I also love that you don’t use many pre- packaged food too!
I cook with potatoes a lot too, but I scrub them well and I don’t peel them. There’s lots of vitamins in the potato skin, so I use them too. We’re all different, I know. Just wanted to share what I do differently. God bless you!!❤🙏
