•1/2 cup Chana Dal (soaked for 4 hours)
•1 tsp Saunf
•Salt
•1.5 inch Ginger
•8-10 Garlic pods
•1/4 cup Onions
•1 Green Chilli Choppings'
•Curry leaves
•4-5 tbsp Oil
•2 pinches Fenugreek
•1/2 tsp Mustard
•2 Dry Chillies
•2 sprigs Curry leaves
•1 tbsp Garlic choppings
•1 cup Onion choppings
•2 slit Green Chillies
•3 medium size Tomato choppings
•2 tsp Coriander powder
•1.5 tbsp Chilli powder
•600-700 ml Thin Tamarind extract
•Coriander choppings

ఇవి మా నెల్లూరు లో సాయంత్రం టిఫిన్ అంగట్లో ప్రత్యేకంగా ఇలా వడ కర్రీ కొరకు చేస్తారు. అవి తెచ్చుకుని మేం వడ కర్రీ చేసుకుంటాం మసాలా వడ కర్రీ, వడల పులుసు అంటారు. ఇది ఆ రోజులో చేసుకునే, రెండో వంటకం, అది కూడా సాయంత్రం చేసే రాత్రి వంటకం. మసాలా వడల పులుసు. వారం లో రెండు రోజులు గడిచి పోతాయి ఈ వడల పులుసుతో....
