My personal recommendation "Don't buy any product blindly". If possible go & visit physically to check its performance pros. & cons. some products may looks fancy and catchy but you have to identify according to your needs and budget. for eg. i personally found out that split ac of bluestar is better than this portable ac. The only pros. of this product is ,it can be shifted in any room any time (portability).
You need to put out the hot air via the hot air exhaust pipe... But still the cooling is not as good as a split or window ac.... Portable is only for a small space

Better go for split 1 ton in price of 28 k , the concept of ac is to remove hot air from condenser but this AC uses rooms air to cool itself. This cost 35K , A split ac is 10 times better
I have used AC of Godrej, LG , Lloyd and Bluestar my personal experience was good with Bluestar and Lloyd . LG is also good but its Cooling (compressor) takes time about 2,3 min. to start , Godrej i don't like it makes noise.
