That price point is about right, for that many units. And for a true preventative for the signs of aging, you really can't go wrong. The treatments you get now will more than pay for themselves as you get older. Just one 40-year old's opinion.

I’m sure someone has already commented this but they suggest not working out for at least 3 days after receiving Botox. Your body metabolizes it before it can set in. Apparently… idk I’m not a doctor 😝

I needed to see these about 20 years ago. I'm done my forehead twice but it only lasts about a month and a half to two months and they charge me for 50 units. Thank you for the video

I love your result. Botox for the win. I tried undereye filler and didn't notice any real difference. You might like the way temporal filler (a touch of filler on the temples) would look on you. But anyway - love the result!

I literally just watched a video that said the opposite: better to Botox closer to the higher forehead-hair line because gravity drops.
Did you say that your doctor recommended to go lower on the forehead, closer to your brows?

Hey Kacie!! It's been 8 months how did it go with the botox? I'm getting mine within the week an I want to know If it's safe an effective I'm a little nervous but I'm 39 an noticing a ton of problem areas on my face 😔
@@Jesussavedme Hey there. So I went with Dysport (which is just a different brand of the same product) and it was fine. Super safe however they went super conservative and after 2 weeks, I went back to get more. In fact, they ended up doing the same amount for the second time. I have very strong glabella muscles and it lasted probably 2 months. I actually went about 8 days ago for the 2nd time to another place and tried Botox. I’m very happy with the result so far and the injector was a lot more experienced and super informative. You will love it. I got 55 units and paid $550. Good luck!

Youre right there are many botox videos however they never get old lol. Im an avid botox user and I still stalk botox videos all the time haha. It looks great on you! I started doing Jeuveau (just had my 2nd time Monday) last time and I love it for myself. It lasts 5 months on me where Botox and Xeomin only lasted maybe 3 months. Dysport didnt work for me :(

Yea I had dysport done 3 weeks ago..First time and I Now have swollen and hooded eyes...My Eyes are usually Big and NOT hooded...Im Beyond pist...My injections were done correct way as I was told...But maybe was injected too much.. My eyebrow and eyes are not the same..

That did not happen to me! :) I quit getting it when I became pregnant 5 months ago. It’s faded but subtly over time and my forehead does not look worse than before I started getting it

Hey! I honestly don’t remember how many units I got at first. 20 maybe? And I’ve seen both Elisabeth Smith (the owner) and Kay Campbell. They’re both amazing, but I’ve heard everyone on the staff is very well trained

@@annarietz5932 it’s not that cheap when you consider you got dysport instead of Botox. I hope i heard that right. If not I apologize. What the injectors neglect to tell you is that dysport is half the units of Botox. So if you normally get 35 units of botox you would need to get 70 units of dysport. People think they’re getting a deal by paying 10$ per unit for dysport but in fact it’s cheaper cause you’re getting half the units of Botox based on dysport’s formulation. So technically if you were to get 35 units of botox it would cost double the unit price for dysport. For example you get 35 x 10$ = 350 for dysport when the equivalent in units of botox would be 70 x 10 = 700$. I hope I’m explaining this properly. Go to any injector and ask them why the price per unit for dysport is half the price per unit for botox. They’ll explain it better. Then you’ll realize you’re not getting a deal but getting way less product which in the end will cost you more cause you’ll go back for more thinking it didn’t work. In fact they microtoxed you and I suspect that’s why you went back a second time in a shorter period of time. Always ask your injector which product they’re injecting. Many will call it a toxin unless you specifically ask. The injectors do this hoping you’re thinking you’re getting g a deal. I’m not saying dysport is not as good as Botox. They are both good. But I want to educate that the same units for Botox are not the same h it’s for dysport. Hope you find this helpful. Btw you’re very beautiful.

You look great but I’m just a sceptical about starting in your 20s . You look fab before and after Botox bc you still have youthful skin . I’m in my 50s ( shock horror !! 😆) my skin is reasonably good for my age some days and seasons better than others. My daughter is a cosmetic nurse just starting and trying to convince me to get a little . I’m afraid of brow / eye droop I’m still doing my research like watching these type of videos to give me some encouragement .

I go to my dermatologist and don’t tip because it’s a doctor. I’d recommend going to a doctor or plastic surgeon since they’re trained better and guaranteed to have all the certifications. It’ll be the same price but you’re in safer hands - but no you don’t have to tip since it’s a medical procedure

I find that there has been a big blurring between the understanding of expression lines vs wrinkles. Wrinkles show at rest, expression lines only show when you're expressing. To me expression lines are normal and don't really bother me.
Resting your expression lines helps prevent wrinkles in the future because you’re not moving your face as much as you would without Botox.
😳 you are not supposed to workout after Botox next day yes right after no.
Thought u were nott supposed to ever work out after Botox at least 4 hours it can cause brow drop

I first got it at 27 I think? Most people I know first get it in late 20s/ early 30s. Getting it before 25 seems a little early to me, but I’d check with a professional and discuss what you’re trying to achieve and see if Botox is the best option

I just miss my fullness and my smile lines are getting deeper but I still think I’m pretty just a older pretty 😆 😔. Confidence is the most beautiful thing , and if this helps then do it ! If it doesn’t harm you or your body , you should do it ! 💰 safety first though, go somewhere trusted and certified. 👩🏼⚕️
