Trade the entire organization, but keep the name.
I don't see Crochet getting traded now, Robert could be an offseason trade. Fedde should probably be the first one to get traded. Plenty of teams need to restock their pitching staff and he could fetch something back. Milwaukee looks like the best target.
DeJong might be worth something. The Dodgers did just pick up Biggio, but Cleveland could be a good option for him too.

Why trade Crochet and Fedde to begin with? Those two should be the core 1-2 starters, supplemented by the likes of a Thorpe, Cannon or any combo of studs being groomed in the system. (with, perhaps, a Clevinger-type veteran pickup).
Trade Robert if you must, but not Crochet. Not after he's finally "arrived" to be a staff ace.
Keep crochet. He has had his tj. Build around him, schultz, thorpe. They have their 2 catchers. Work on bullpen and position players.
A rebuild is just an excuse to keep putting shit on the field.

Hey Chuck, Getz was not the GM at last year's deadline, you can't give him credit for those guys. Getz has been terrible since he was given a job he wasn't qualified for.
I heard there’s been a specified requirement/tier list to be a GM.
