You should put in clips of you bailing out safely instead of just telling us to bail. I always get hurt if my nfcc goes wrong because I always start to fall forward.

2012 is better but more exspensive. what you should do is if you have enough money to buy the 2012 witch is £360 you might aswell get the 2011 trust for the same price and its much better
