I live out here now but I didn't in 2012...got a storm shelter cuz the KY tornadoes are small and usually very brief but in Indiana the weather can be on 10 sometimes...its nothing like oklahoma but this was an F4 killer tornado
It was more than a little unnerving, my kids were in school near where it touched down, and I responded with the fire dept. So I was more than a little worried.
That looks like it was shot from Rose Apartments with Olive Branch Church in the foreground. I remember when that building was a gutted old feedmill store or something like that. We used to ride bus 12 past it everyday back in the 80's.

So eerily quiet other than the staccato of hailstones. And all the while, the cemetery sleeps on....
Won't have far to go with a graveyard next door.
Wow that's so crazy! I can understand why the camera was shaking so much at different points. I would have been freaking out!

Rebel9668 you are exactly correct
People usually call it the Henryville tornado but it touched down in Pekin.
I refer to it as the Pekin/Henryville Tornado because it hit us first.
It first touched down around Palmyra, ripping the asphalt off on 135.
