As a caregiver in Eden orphan home, I know for a fact that you cannot give orphans milk during activities, only serve milk at meal times.

As an educator, please do not give milk to orphans outside of meal times or if they ask for it and aren't seated.

As an Educator there, I may tell you that we aren't allowed to give milk in D/A time, and we can't even serve it to people who have no uniform on them and they aren't seated, if they are seated and have a uniform we can give them.
