The reason I abused it was because this group is full of people who only promote other maids out of preference without caring about the hard effort you put into your job to get promoted. One of them is Lia, the owner, and unfortunately I had to do this because the community is not as many say, IT'S NOT PRETTY, it's horrible, I've been in custody for more than a year, and yet despite my hard efforts I never managed to become an Educator due to the preferences of certain people in general, I am very sad coming from an even larger community that Divine Sister unfortunately does not deserve theyr fame, In conclusion, do not abuse for fun, abuse so that all the maids feel free and others know that it is not such a good community to be a staff, it is much better Divine sister, Well, despite being a community with rumors, they treat you excellently and if they value your efforts, I hope this helps you reflect and you don't spend 50 dollars stupidly, 🖕 being a staff in a community that does not value you and is also not worth it. 🌅
i got promoted to caregiver when i wasnt even shifting much I felt so bad for those who worked harder than me and shifted more than me

TRUE TBH AND PLUS SOMEONE BEING UPSET ABOUT NOT BEING PROMOTED WHILE SHIFTING HARD FOR 5 IRL DAYS ISN'T HINTING FOR A PROMOTION (hinting is basically when people act like they are trying to guilt trip or like give off hints they want a promo)

i worked at silicones and made it onto the activity leaderboard first thing, but still saw others get promoted before me that didnt even shift as muchh, THE CAPTION IS SO TRUE.

I am wondering if it's worth it to become staff in eden orphan home, as i just want to become staff to have fun, not being promoted and feel "useful" since for personal reasons it's been a very long time i've been staying at home always doing the same thing, would it be worth it despite all of the probleme with the promotion ?
It's different for everyone. From my personal experience, yes, there IS some favoritism and I have had some bad interactions with higher ups, but it still didn't take away the fact that I love the game. If you want to be a maid, you should go for it and try it out! Playing as a maid in-game is fun by itself. And you can make some pretty good friends there if you get in the right batch of people. If you're willing to put up with a bit of unfairness and toxicity at times, then I think you'll do fine.

Im pretty sure they did it because they only promote people who dont put as much work into becoming like- a caregiver for example, some people can work there DAILY each day and not get promoted meanwhile some random girl gets to become an educator
