Agreed, I too prefer a hot steak, I like the quote as Adam Perry Lang describes it , "alive and snappy" crust right off the grill. Besides, the benefits of resting steaks have been debunked by a number of experts.

Very nice, but letting rest for 10mins then the steak is cold, I like my food hot, when can we do to keep hot without over cooking ?
@@anthonyi4996 I’ll usually cover my plate with foil while the steak is resting. Should still be pretty warm after 10 min. Hope this helps!
