This is such a upgrade from ase version already. Awesome village and terrifying cave entrance! Building in the house is possible with ceiling if you clipped it to the fence foundation but that gets rid of your nice dirty polished stone floor
There is gigas and carchas on this version of svartalfheim & you can fly on it now, i believe nekatus just isn’t going to add spawns for flying creatures so if you had a mod that added flyers you’d be able to fly. Map is absolutely stunning though 🔥
Ahh interesting. That was one of the main things I liked was the no flyers however..... if there is no spawns and since I didn't bring one it's kind of the same thing then so all good 😁
I tried it out at my base, you should be able to snap foundations to the fence foundation that you used for the door. That will put them right down to floor level.
In search for new things to do in Ark, I literally purchased this mod map last Saturday as it mentioned the Surface part is complete (besides its Nekatus.. kind of trust him to finish it)...Ah! man so glad you started this series..
Yea he is one of the ones you don't have to worry about if he will finish his mod or not. I believe he is waiting for Aberration as the remaining underground areas are Aberrant

Bemo, when the next gen 7D2D comes out (25 July) are you going to start a Season on that? I'd be starting fresh on the game and I wanted to play along with you.
@@BemoGuinness Well, they're supposed to release 1.0 on consoles and 1.0 on PC seems to be pretty stable. It's coming out as Game Preview tho, so I get your concern. There's also a roadmap.
Yea I do want to jump back in soon as they stop changing the game system mechanics cause after playing since one of the first Alphas, I hate the relearning of how to play the game 😄🙈
Honestly, I'm all for the way wildcard did the permium community mods. I am much more likely to spend 5 bucks on a premium mod if it isnt a single DLC creature. This map is one i want to try, as well as amissa, but im hesistant to buy before its complete.
Yea I thought it was complete & didn't find out until I went to install it and it showed it still needs work but I think it is mainly just waiting for Aberration release as all the remaining areas are Aberrant ones. It's $10 USD for the map & maps by Nekatus are the only ones i'll spend money on as you can always count on him to actually finish/update his stuff
@BemoGuinness that's good to know. I'm still learning my way through the game, and don't get to play much. I haven't ascended or even gone into a cave yet. But I am enjoying the center, having tamed a bunch of dinos I've never even tried to. I think once I can go through the whole game and ascended the story maps, I'll keep my character. But for now, it's learning and having fun playing with my kid.

I won't be playing it until they are done doing changes to the game system mechanics. Are they done changing all that with 1.0 do you know?
