      Hello Bernard Michel!
In principle, more information can be found on my homepage:linko-sling.jimdo.com/
But I have not had time yet to put them there. You might want to use only the ring attachment. (In time 1:47 and 9:17) It is the simplest and most secure. (In the video I use three different release system) .
Be careful, if you make your arrows sharp.

I like your spiral slinging style. I am an Irish slinger. I usually use Balearic style or "Afghan" style. I have never used a cestrosphendone though. I think it is unnceccesary. A clutch of heavy headed javelins and a sling with stones is a better combination.

side swing slinging is pretty unreliable, it is easy to wildly miss, also it takes very much room, it is very unlikely ancient people used slings like that, a simple apache style swing is perfectly good. also, weighted darts were almost certainly thrown with an arch (a half of a swing underhand is perfectly fine), it can go very long distances, and the weight on them makes them always go down spike-first, no rotation like what happened at 5:00 here..
