@@FormulaHavocOrland he’s not wrong, f1 car works under very specific conditions like temperature, humidity. Very possible for suspension to break going at high speeds
The WRC Rally Car has an average time of 1 minute, 4.6275 seconds (after driving on all four tracks, and dividing the results by four). The F1 Car has an average time of 1 minute, 5.86 seconds (after driving on all four tracks, and dividing the results by four). Overall, the average difference in time (after driving on all four tracks, and dividing the each car's results by four) is 1.2325 seconds.
As a Canadian, I call BS on the snow track simulation. The F1 car with slicks wouldn't have been able to even get to the finish line in double that time..
Nothing beats an F1 car... On track On anything else they have glaring weaknesses others cars can take advantage A rally car specialy is very strong on lots of scenarios
The result will remain the same since wrc car is the best on rough terrain, in reality f1 wouldn't even passed 1 km from the start due to their fragility
@ I know the WRC would win but Im talking about comparing the older, shorter F1 cars to modern, longer cars. And thats the beauty of video games in that we can make it so they can survive on rough roads
I think the tarmac F1 time could have been better. Seemed very tentative, wasn’t using all the track, not enough full throttle. I get the F1 car is bigger & the track narrow, but it wasn’t that narrow to have to stay in the middle of the road for the entire run.
Sometimes I wondered why they didn't make rally cars more powerful. This is the answer... Probably for these types of track this is the most optimized race car that does the best time, increasing power and downforce would surely give an even better chrono but I think WRC rally cars are well balanced the way they are 💪🏻
I know in the past, there used to be a rally even at Monte Carlo (in the winter I think). Also I wonder if you used the wet tires, the f1 car would be better offroad due to the treads.
In Monaco, where the F1 has a huge advantage and where there was a greater difference in times between the cars, it was a route with a shorter time, if the Rally Car had a route above 1 minute or even the F1, a route of around 1 minute , (+/-) As was done in the previous tracings, the result would probably be very different! 🤔🤷
Yeah. I was about to do the same thing. That "tarmac" course was unbelievably narrow that it makes Monaco look like a 12 lane highway. Surely they could have chosen a wider tarmac course. 😂
Do you prefer F1 or the WRC?
F1
imsa!!!
F1
WRC, tienen los mejores pilotos del mundo
WRC and WEC
Ah yes, Monaco, my favorite type of terrain
Monaco is basically specialized tarmac
Ahhh yes, makes gravel seem smooth
its paved with 100 bills, diamonds and dead hookers
So ATVs should also be suitable for monaco i guess
You just have to watch out for the native Charles leclerc

Rally cars were designed to push the limit on tough terrain where a f1 car is designed to push the limit on race track.
8:33 nice drift
It's ford versus Ferrari on the streets of Monaco! 🇲🇨
The irony is that most F1's probably wouldn't have finished the first 3 courses as most of it's stuff would probably snap 😆
I take you don't watch formula one?
@@FormulaHavocOrland he’s not wrong, f1 car works under very specific conditions like temperature, humidity. Very possible for suspension to break going at high speeds
I mean, yeah, F1 Cars are built to go on asphalt, no wonder they'd get damaged
The whole bottom of the car would have been smashed.
@@FormulaHavocOrland i take you don't understand cars?
The F1 car would have easily won with the full Monaco layout but the Rally car deserves the win for the drift at the hairpin 👍
Yeah and the f1 car would be in pieces on the side of the road if they did a full rally stage
Actual question, is drifting optimal for a rally car there?
@@baguettedepain3975 It is, because the surfaces in rally dont provide much grip so using grip would be slower
@@baguettedepain3975 no it isnt optimal but ita cool. If you look at normal tarmac stages in rally there is barely any drifting

yeah but 3 tracks are for wrc and one for f1
🎵flooring through the snow in a 4 wheel rally sleigh.🎵
As a Canadian, I call BS on the snow track simulation. The F1 car with slicks wouldn't have been able to even get to the finish line in double that time..
I think he used snow tyres on the F1 car
He used special necessary tyres for these terrains
I literally told myself the same thing. It would not have made it past the start line. The entire front end and keel/floor is a massive snow plow.
@@KikuraKunirrelevant.
He said he used a custom set of tyres that does not exist in reality lol
If they had done a FULL lap of Monaco, the F1 car would have won on overall time, just saying
Then by the same token if they had done a full rally..the F1 would be in pieces in a box 🤣
@Necron00b you do have a point

Francesco should have seen this video before making a fool of himself in Cars 2 :)
I felt bad for the f1 car on gravel/snow.
Kinda felt like you put the monkey in the air and tell it to try to fly 🤣🤣
Or put a fish on the road and tell it to run 😂😂
it is obvious, in reality f1 car couldn't even passed more than 1 km on gravel or snow
I love this. Thanks for sharing
Would be interesting to see how a shorter wheelbase F1 car (90s or 00s) would do on the rally stages compared to the modern F1

Ferrari has never been so happy to be back on the track😂
The Formula 1 Car doesn’t have an rally or off-road suspension.

The F1 car would’ve broken, so being a little tentative with damage off is like the best case scenario
Is that Asetto Corsa with rally mods or RBR with mods??
I think it's Assetto with the recent Surfaces FX mod that introduces new dirt physics.

Yep, Group B is the reason.
Yeah, the f1 car didnt go full throttle cause the power would be to much so the tires would just spin
Can you do a video of an f1 car with an f2 engine vs an f2 car with an f1 engine? I think this could be quite close
Good video
"La ventaja de Franchesco, se la tragó la tierra"
Dude an F1 car is meant to be driven on the limit, not a sunday stroll, regardless
A heads up combination dirt/tarmac version pikes peak would be interesting

id love to know what mods you used
Wanna see who here can tell me where the stage is from 👀
Could you make a comparison of the ability to make curves, making curves in drift and normal mode
GT cars might be able to offer a more suitable ride height for rallying but are probably to heavy for the tight tracks.
Or are they?

wrc mods used?

This just proves that the 2022-2025 F1 cars are wayyy too big
This is a type of experiment Red Bull could do IRL lol
Yo bro, try beat Lap of the Gods, Scott McLauglin on Bathrust 2018 car.
