The downgrade you speak of in windows, are mostly driver updates, which can be reverted without causing issues. Fundamentally, you cant downgrade from a major update backwards, as the config files, APIs and other technologies are written to have compability with previous config files and settings, but not vice versa.

I want to share a recent case "My friend's s22 ultra suffering from a green line issue which came after a software update, when we visited the service center he didn't check the phone in front of us and took it to the workshop after 10 min they came with a dent which was not before there (we have checked that device with no dent in the home before going to the service center) now they are asking money to repair it which cost's around 21k ..! When we complained to the Samsung helpline they only blame us for this, this level of scam is going on from such a reputed brand 'SAMSUNG', I have s23 ultra, stopped all the updates...DO NOT update the device after the release, research carefully and then update if needed " So this is the pure fault of the brand, and we are only suffering after paying such a premium price..!

Three years normal use internal components warranty, except battery, is very necessary to curb service centre misbehave. For screen problems not related to abuse, company should be providing warranty as led screen sometimes cost about 40~50% of a new phone in service centre. Great initiative by you..👍🏽 Edit: I faced motherboard dead problem with poco x3 pro with barely 13-14 months of use. I had to buy new phone because repairing was hellishly costly. As soon as it is out of warranty, they don’t even care.
My experience With My VIVO X60 After 1 year my vivo phone got this green line on screen. I went to the service centre they charged me 8k for screen replacement but the sad part is after screen replacement my on screen fingerprint was not working and they were asking for 5k extra to fix it . I think the brands should control the quantity of the phones being launched in India ...they should be forced to launch only one series in a year rather than launching phones daily

Visited Realme Service centre and they have come out with a new baseless reason that this issue has occurred with having mosture on the phone if they dont find any external damage just to avoid replacing screen for free as per their policy. These brands seem more focused on profiting from customers' hard-earned money rather than delivering quality. REALME nazro 70 pro and nazro 60x is full of bugs, bootware, , so many pre-installed apps which can't unistalled . So consumer forum need to legal actions against this smartphone in India and need new rules about smartphone longevity where one can run phone long years. Need also battery support after battery life ended.

I have a xiomi mi 11x . After hyper os update my phone was lagging, randomly stopping to response. Then just a lock and unlock later the problem was getting solved. 2 days ago suddenly the display showed some white purple and blue webbing line for a few moments. Then the phone just " died"... My device is out of warranty. I have a tiny crack on the back glass (for about 2 years now). I'm 100% sure they will tell me it's my fault if I approach cervice centre.

My Mother has Redmi 10A, which was launched with Android 11. Right now in 2024 going to be end, still some security patch updates that phone got. Yet not even a single Android version update has came.

Another Point to be added is : planned obsolescence (intentionally phone ko slow banana ya problem create krna via updates) , kuch brands ye chiz kr the h / kare h past m including apple..
Its ok to slow down by 10 percent when it comes to 3 years and above devices so to extend its life more but too much is done sometimes which is bad
@@rairaishin1422I'm using Xiaomi mi a2 android one edition for 7year and 7 months with original battery (3000mah) the phone is smooth as now no hang no glitch no heating. Just changed volume and power button. I hope I can still manage 3 years more with it. Battery goes upto 7hrs on full charge on continue usage

Mene 5,6,7 day after purches realme ke service center ke chakar lagaye to vo bolte the ki kal aao kal dekhege but jab me jab aaj 8 day gaya to vo bole ki aapke 7 day replacement khatam ho chuka he to fir aap is mobile ko leke ghr jao isme ham aapko replacement nahi dege. 7:53 Faced the green line issue with Realme GT2 Pro and the X(twitter) is flooded with this issue on same device. Visited Realme Service centre and they have come out with a new baseless reason that this issue has occurred with having mosture on the phone if they dont find any external damage just to avoid replacing screen for free as per their policy. If they are doing this for their flagship phones, then dont know what would they be handling the other cheaper devices. 8:12

These brands seem more focused on profiting from customers' hard-earned money rather than delivering quality. REALME nazro 70 pro and nazro 60x is full of bugs, bootware, , so many pre-installed apps which can't unistalled . So consumer forum need to legal actions against this smartphone in India and need new rules about smartphone longevity where one can run phone long years. Need also battery support after battery life ended.
9:11 Bhai no one wants to be coming home from a hectic day at work/colg/school and have to go on social media to fin out if their phone is going to die after an update. Best course of action would be a class action lawsuit against these companies.
People already have tones of stuff to worry about than to worry about a software update.

I have a xiomi mi 11x . After hyper os update my phone was lagging, randomly stopping to response. Then just a lock and unlock later the problem was getting solved. 2 days ago suddenly the display showed some white purple and blue webbing line for a few moments. Then the phone just " died"... My device is out of warranty. I have a tiny crack on the back glass (for about 2 years now). I'm 100% sure they will tell me it's my fault if I approach cervice centre.
