Whoa I needed to hear this. Thank you!! I've become stagnant in my life because I don't know what I actually want to achieve! I haven't given much thought as to what goals I want to achieve because everyday seems so repetitive. Having young kids, all of my time and focus has been on them, and as it should be, but I think it's important to assess life every once in a while and work towards something that'll make me happy too. Thank you again!
I have identified, that im developing this habit, and i needed to listen to this so i can give myself a kick up the arse, i didnt use to be as lazy as iam now, ive gotten more less motivated over this last year, and i know what my pursose, in life is. thank you for this video im working on chaning this, over the next few months i have planned goals, to get me there, and i have action motivaters, to help me stay on track. thank you for this video it was good i like it when people get straight to the point. laura in uk
This video really helped me I've always been a young driven individual but after attaining some of smaller milestones and I felt super exhausted. I felt really good accomplishing my goals but the work wore me down so much that I told myself I needed a full break. Laziness began to be more addictive than doing the work, but I didn't feel fulfilled and hated it. It's harder getting back the my full work ethic but this video gave me some really great tips to keep myself motivated to ensure I reach my ultimate goal thank you!♥️
This came to me at perfect time. I am going back to school for myself and I am doing Kung fu and ti chi for a goal of my black belt. Before I didn't have goals for me...I did everything that my husband wanted. Screw that. Also I would have never known about Kung fu or ti chi because i was in my comfort zone.
Binge watching your videos lately 😂🙌🏻 I love them so much because they knock me back to reality when my anxiety and negativity creep back into my life and prevent me from progressing so thank you.
This is exactly what I needed to hear this morning. I'm currently giving thanks to the Universe for guiding me to this particular video of yours Stephen, thanks for the immense value you provide man.
ANYTIME YOU FIND YOURSELF IN THE PATTERN OF LAZYNESS........ SNAP YOURSELF OUT OF IT!!!!!! I took that as a freaking wake up call. Wow, thanks man I needed that. Keep up the great work👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Stephan you are right on point. What you are saying about the pain associated with not achieving speaks to what happened to me. The pain became so great that I had to do something about it. The result was that I found your Kindle Money Mastery program and I haven't looked bank since then. I know that I made the right choice, and it was meant to be. This very inspiring video reinforces that fact.
Amazing, I was just saying, " I have got to get healthier and have a better mindset. " I get on TH-cam for info on self help and seen this video first. I guess your videos have had more of an affect on me than I realized. Thank you!
Well said, i know i needed to hear this, ive had a plan for success for so long but ive never taken any action consistently, and know i no i need to start slow and build the momentum, Thank you so much for this you dont understand how much i needed this
That was unbelievable! You absolutely nailed the cure to laziness in an articulate usable and brief 9 minutes (not it's tie to apply it). I liked it, I'm tweeting it!
Totally agree, laziness is a habit. It's hard to change but it's not impossible. Thank you for the video, this is really a great reminder for me to keep working hard and set my focus on my goal :)
Glad to hear that! The best way to curb laziness is to build your willpower and discipline muscle. Here is how you develop these skills - th-cam.com/video/Gh8DMB0n7Jw/w-d-xo.html
Glad it was helpful! In this recent video, my wife and I talk about how to overcome laziness and procrastination - th-cam.com/video/xw5RUrN4Eow/w-d-xo.html
This is a great video. Simple, straight to the point, so true and very helpful. Just what I needed. I'm thankful Stefan that you have it inside of you, to work hard, aspire to greatness (in a good way) and continue to work it hard to grow, be wise and help others!
I feel so confused about what is my problem. I have my goals and my reasons to do them but I overprocastinate so much, I'm too lazy, I get distracted easily, I have no trust on what I do, I don't trust the designs i deliver on my graphics design college, I have the worst memory ever. Where the hell do I find the leverage to stop doing nothing with my life? In 24 I went to UPW I think 3 years ago and as I always say I lost momentum.
First stop looking for a external answer. Sit by yourself with zero distractions and ask yourself this and wait. You will get what you seek. You already know. Trust me, external never leads to internal knowledge.
+Dan_VG same situation, the memory thing sux. and i hear you on laziness. my suggestion is jump in the water with both feet. pick a program, course project and just pay or sign the dotted line. something that you cannot possibly mess up otherwise your life will change drastically. like losing your job or your rent or whatever. if you are not self motivated , the fear should drive you. fear and anger are some of most powerful motivators. the issue is joy of pleasure in the moment over shadows the long term pleasure for you. laziness now is providing and instant pleasure, you are in your comfort zone and that feels good. so break the cycle. just gather enough courage to go and sign a dotted line and that fear should drive you. If you failed you are still winning since you'd be at rock bottom and there wont be no way but up.
Can't blame anyone else but me. I'm in this position because of MY actions and I'm the one who has to change to get myself out. Thank you.
This. This is what I needed to hear this so badly. 😊

This was actually useful advice. A lot of motivational speakers often just repeat one message over and over in a different packaging.
