She's kinda niche, shenhe of hsr. You can just choose break effect blessings in the SU and bamm instant ruan mei. Domain farming isn't even that hard, you don't need harmony or better yet borrow those ruan mei pullers. In MOC? You need DPS check. And ratio being an imaginary character is a must pull.
Yeah, DHIL and Jingliu havers are gonna go cry in the corner with their broken characters because they don't have Topaz. How are they going to live this way...

But yeah I think Dr. Ratio + Topaz synergy is even better cause based on my understanding of his kit, their FUAs can trigger each other.
