I would not change anything at all on you video format, They are a pleasure to watch and you build'm like I always did. If it looks good go with it ! Kick back and enjoy what models were made for. It " kept you off the streets " was what my mother would say and if I did my chores she'd buy me a Lindberg kit for .78 cents at Woolworths department store ! Oh I miss those burgundy Me109's and yellow Zeros ! I'm 68 years old and still building ! Keep up the building, pleasure to watch !
Hahahaha....that's what I say too. Tell my wife it keeps me out of the bars :) I still have to do my chores, though. Thanks for the good words and happy modeling!!
Regarding your parting thoughts on feedback, don't change anything about your production values or overall style... Indeed, keep coming at us with what you already bring forth - style, charisma and pragmatism combined with an extremely advanced skill base - my daughter's love your voice! :)
I sure will. Been busy at the day job so don't have a new one to put up as soon as I would have liked but plenty more in the works. I appreciate the encouragement and I'm glad someone enjoys the voice :)
@@FlyingSModels I picked up the ICM 48238 - it's their 1/48 Junkers Ju-88C6. But actually you can build many different Ju-88s out of this box - the parts are included to build either an A-5 or A-4 bomber, D recon bird and the early C tin nose fighters - C-2, C-4 or C-6 with or without radar. You get a comprehensive cockpit and two complete Jumo 211 engines. The surface detail and part fit is exceptional.
I like the way you are presenting right now, step by step with included methods of how doing different things/stages is very informative and enjoyable. Also like your reviews very much. Keep them coming. Thanks and cheers...🍻🇦🇺👍🏻
Nice review. KN587 is one of two surviving civilian owned and flown P-51Hs. It is marked as the P-51G supplied to the RAF for evaluation. It was raced at at Reno in the early 1980s.
Very good unboxing of an ultimate Mustang. I have couple of Modelsvit kits in the stash. Personall I like build vids that cover the whole process in a single vid with narration as it means I can listen while sat at the bench. Photos or vid series are both OK but I do like so see plenty of end build images and a project summary.
That's great feedback. I've already started on the build and it's going together really well. I'm still considering the type of video to create but I'll either do a single one or break it into only 2 parts if it looks like it could go too long. I may try to narrate this one on a separate track and see how that goes. Thanks again!
For what you get in the kit package, from the overall quality and the extra detail parts and masks, a great value indeed! And I've started the P-51 and it's going together great, with excellent details and fit.
@@FlyingSModels I often like camo ones but for the h I would also make NMF. Checked up that british one quickly and it is genuine, but for trials only.

Thanks for the that. I just found out today so I'll need to amend my statement when I publish the build video. Knowing that it is a real scheme, I may have to do it now 🙂
Really appreciate that article. It looks like what was sent over was the lightweight F and G. The H, according to the article, made it to Newark on it's way to the UK but never left the states due to the end of the war. That being said, it was still a "real" scheme. Thanks again for the intel!!
Well that might change everything in terms of what scheme I end up doing. But the guy I'm building for will likely prefer the TX ANG markings. May have to do another one!

Sir I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again, I love your channel and your passion.
Really appreciate the good words and taking the time out to provide the feedback!!
Another nice review - thanks. Eastern European manufacturers are really coming on - I just got an ICM Ju-88 kit and it is some kind of awesome.
Thanks and I totally agree. I need to pick up some of the newer ICM kits.

mirrorblue100 That sounds awesome. I’m going to have to pick one up in the future and give it a go. Thanks for the intel.
That kit looks much better than the kit I got a few years ago. . . . gonna have to get one.
It's a really nice kit as is their F-82 series.

Thank you, Graham. That feedback really helps. Appreciate it!
Paint scheme of Massachusetts 🤩
For sure!!

Thanks for that additional info, Brian. Always great to know more of the "rest of the story".
I like seeing the variety of videos that you do. All are very informative.
Thanks for the feedback. Hope they are helpful.

I feel a good P82 coming.
I agree. Super excited about a high quality F-82!
The H models did have that big paddle blade prop, I have several photos confirming the correctness
Yep, thanks, Stacy. After I made the video I did a little more research and confirmed the same. Thank you for sharing the info!
Very nice in box review. Nice kit. 😎👍
Thanks! The kit is super nice. I'm working it now and will post a video build soon, hopefully.
@@FlyingSModels So I look forward to it. They wish you a pleasant building.😎👍
For a short run kit, it's quite amazing in detail and fit. Thanks!
iirc the Brits just tested it..
Cool! Did not know about this model, like you say, not too many Hs around!
Yep, the camo version would be pretty cool too. Not too many "H" models being built. Looking forward to their F-82 that's about to be released.

Looks nice! I’d also be inclined to agree that the H version wasn’t used by the RAF
Camo would be cool but I'd rather do a "real" aircraft scheme, even if it's one in Air National Guard service.

The H was sent to the UK for evaluation - maybe it 'was' painted.... they tended to...
I just read about that. I had never seen that before but a buddy just sent me a pic of it (not sure if it's legit but it does appear to be the case).
One P-51H was given to the RAF for evaluation at Boscombe Down. Its serial was KN987.

Very interesting.
Thanks for checking it out👍😉
