Thanks a lot police officer, you have shown that you are a real professional. You never raised your hand to the terrible woman because very few men can tolerate such nonsense.

Never ever assault or fight with a public servant who carries '' instruments of power /authority '' when they are doing their work irrespective of how small they are in rank and irrespective of the Govt body they serve under, because they are representatives of GOVERNMENT. I am not knowledgeable of police code of conduct in Uganda. Professionalism, yes. However, self-defense is everyone's right. Traffic police officers, stand the whole day directing traffic and earn meagre salaries. Then this woman humiliates him! disgusting.
That's how the some gvt officials have made some people think and act as if their above the law. I am so sure a certain group might want to come out to defend but the evidence is overwhelming
With this toughness she must be a fellow mukiga😅 Am not acknowledging her actions, but sometimes those officers misbehave. But we appreciate the officer's calmness in this situation coz he was capable of alot but he didn't.
She totally acted with total impunity. Sometimes certain people around Uganda feel entitled. What is so difficult by stopping to attend to someone in police uniform? Police main duty is keeping law and order. Anyway, so many people are suffering silently from mental disorientation.
