Loved your reaction man!! Never seen them live, but I'd suggest to listen to Leaders of the blind from this dame album. One of my favourite from them Is still Templar Dawn though
Killer new album! Can't stop spinning it. If you have not done a video for the band Beast In Black, they are great, especially anything off of Bezerker or From Hell With Love. Also a band called The Watchers with the album Black Abyss, great stuff.
Nah, Green Lung has way more distinct influences apart from Sabbath (Deep Purple, Mastodon, Type O Negative), and way, WAY better songwriting with a proper personality. GvF sounds like crappy Led Zep outtakes, Green Lung sound like a heavily influenced (in more than one sense) but distinctly individual band.
green lung has lots of other influences. psych rock, stoner rock / metal, doom metal, folk metal, prog rock. they have a super unique sound that stoner metal needed
Green Lung...is that what you get when you smoke organic cigarettes? I don't know. I was on the fence with the song and we differed on opinion...generally speaking, I thought the riff was cool but it lost me more often than not. The album art reminds me of The Gospel According to Spinal Tap ("What day did the Lord create Spinal Tap and couldn't he have rested on that day, too?")....
I’ve seen them 4 times now. The most exciting new heavy band for me. Graveyard Sun is my favourite track.
Been patiently waiting for like 3 years for them to make it to the states. SOME DAY!
One of my favorite new bands for sure. First album was great, followup is great. I would love to see them live.

Such an underrated band
Very Nice Tune. I can get into this.

Really liked Beat in Black's From Hell album, this newer one is alright but I agree the first two were fantastic, hope all is well with you Jeff!
Waiting to see them live but born to a dying gave me wish when everythings shit to continue 🖤
Okay, maybe I'm a bit off, but to me, Green Lung is to Sabbath as Gretta Van Fleet is to Zepplin. Was a decent jam.
