which are the similar properties per each group that specifie each corresponding column in the periodic table of elements?
This is a good question! In my next few videos I will go into more detail for groups 1 and 7. For example, the alkali metals (group 1) react with water to form a metal hydroxide (aqueous) and hydrogen gas. The halogens (group 7 or 17) form diatomic molecules. The reactivity decreases down the group. The noble gases (group 8 or 18) are monoatomic gases that are unreactive. As you can see it is hard to answer this question in a single comment ☺️
